Wow! Just received rubbish customer service from @SkyUK. A month ago I was told I was a VIP loyal customer and today after being let down on an installation a week ago with no communication since, I have been told I'm not important enough to speak to a customer service manager!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks but this doesn't help as there is literally no number in the contact info where you can usually attempt to block on an Iphone. I can't report it as there's no number to report. This is on your network so it would have to be something you identify on your network and block.
