    @SkyHelpTeam I'm not having issues with the sky q box, if you had read what I wrote I said I can't watch any of my recordings on my sky q box which is because ypur making us take out multi room to watch them thats only way to watch any recordings or purchases on it

    Well @SkyUK service booked in September for Oct 21. Sky fitted, but no broadband or phone install. Engineer said it will be sorted within 48 hours. Today told NOV8TH NOT GOOD ENOUGH. No security system, no broadband no phone. I work from home. Terrible service 4 new VIP customer.
