    @SkyUK Internet not working since last 2 weeks, @OpenreachHelp engineer was appointed, he mentioned an issue with router. Sky posted new router, issue is not sorted with the new one. No response on calls from @SkyUK, WFH has been massively impacted 😢pls hlp

    @SkySports Yep agree but How many mistakes from our players tho through out that game!! Some very costly mistakes!! Can’t blame the ref. We were awful

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Is there broadband issues in GU22 area? It’s dropped out on me 10+ times today (router shows orange light for internet) and then reconnects a few mins later. When it works the speed is fine it’s the reliability that is the problem.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve waited for a call since Friday (10/12) and was promised yesterday a call back within the hour. It’s the next day and still no call. Lack of empathy was a complaint point and you can be assured I’ll be pressing on that when I call tomorrow! Poor customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam - I'm having issues watching some On Demand & Catch Up programmes. I've been trying to watch @russellhoward Hour for ages but it keeps saying 'Download Failed'. All help forums suggest it's @bt_uk Broadband customers only. What can I do to solve, please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Mobile just said there was some problem at their end and were sorry. The order didn’t go through all the stages so I’m effectively starting again after 9 weeks. I phoned twice previously to check on progress and was told to wait. I’ve been offered £10 for the inconvenience!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Carol, that’s the issue it finds movies but I’m wanting to find TV content… especially Christmas specials. There are quite a few on as I’ve found them on my freeview box but it doesn’t have all the Sky channels so there will be some I’m missing but no matter which search 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Why are you so ******* reluctant to report this to your IT team? Would they not want to know so they can work on fix it’s blatantly a “bug” that needs sorting. do your IT team not like to be given work to do?
