    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @tbuckleythinks @SkySports Probably been one of the worst run clubs in the last 15 years in terms of financials, BUT they have always been spot on with giving people from all backgrounds a chance at all levels within the club.     July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you facing issues in the CF44 area? My broadband has cut out 5 times in the last hour - can't even stream Netflix for longer than 15 minutes without my orange Internet light cutting out all the time. Really annoying considering the price I pay for this service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there....have had Sky installed now for a couple of months, and I’m afraid it’s not really producing the goods. The WiFi upstairs is intermittent, slow and cuts out, but okay downstairs. Not happy, tbh.
