@SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

@SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

@virginmedia - over 48 hours now and no broadband or TV. Really unimpressed, mostly because I can only access an automated service for info. How hard is it to provide decent customer service and let me know what is going on - @SkyUK gets back to me before you do!

@SkyHelpTeam How can I get info on my broadband problem? one page says there's an outage affecting my service (Lancashire) then another page says "no known issues in your area". Which is it? It's been off and on since early hours of this morning.
