@SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m a Sky platinum customer and my contract is due to end at the start of next month. Sadly I’ve had to give 31 days notice to terminate my contract as your customer support couldn’t offer me a good deal to stay.
