    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

    @SkyHelpTeam skygo on my laptop won’t open keeps giving me the black screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it. It was working fine a couple of hours ago... confined to room as shielding and now very bored! Please help #skygo #skytv #boredinthehouse

    What a frustrating service @SkyUK After several calls for my TV / Internet not working, all that they can offer is an engineering visit on the 3rd Nov, this was first reported a week ago. Been told as I’m not in contract they suggest I look elsewhere for another service provider

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm changing networks ASAP, ordered a sim from another network now. Once that becomes active within the next week or two I assume my cooling off period will come into play, and it will be all cancelled without penalty

    @SkyUK hello i am still waiting for my sky broadband to be installed it's been over 4-5 months now, i'm extremely disappointed with my service, sky's waiting times are totally unrealistic and have had to pay £30 extra a month to my tele bill to tether from my phone to my laptop
