@SkyHelpTeam I spoke to a member of the team and we've overcome the issue. The problem I now have is that I was told that I could mirror programs from my sky go to my TV until the box arrives, but this isn't the case.

So, I called Sky. Two things, remove a channel that I no longer watch. Cancel SIM card in my iPad, I only use Wi-fi. I received 11 (eleven) emails! Is this what they call #confusion #marketing. @skytv @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam why don’t you guys publish some status updates. It’s pretty obvious it’s an issue with your DNS servers. As you don’t allow a manual change in the hub you could tell people they can manually change on their own devices. Use 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1 for DNS. #skybroadband
