@NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

@SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

@SkyUK Why not just update the Sky Q boxes to bring in the service over the internet; that would help with signal problems in bad weather. I don't need a new TV, I just want my Sky not to blackout during a bit of Rain.

@DanHubbard I had a major issue with my @SkyUK broadband, the issue being it’s slow, cuts out and WiFi won’t reach around my small home, when previously BT was fine. 2hrs on the phone they suggested I pay more money to upgrade so they can help or deal with it 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I am not with Sky anymore. I continously had issues with the Broadband when I was, and added £36 to my phone bill trying to resolve them. I have been with @virginmedia for 2 years and alls good.
