@SkyUK, @SkyHelpTeam cancelling an engineer at 5.15pm and giving me a new engineer date of 17th Jan is poor customer service to say the least! Then to be asked by an impatient call handler who I should suggest he puts me through to is ridiculous! Customer satisfaction POOR!

@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

@SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

@Apple your customer service is a complete disgrace, I claimed my 6 month free trail from @SkyUK for @AppleTVPlus and then get charged but I cannot claim a refund because I will then loose the 6 month offer absolute disgraceful service by both companies.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks I will make a written complaint. It took 50 mins to be told i can’t be escalated but can have £10 off next month’s bill. but to be asked ‘what do I want to talk about’ which the call handler said his manager told him to ask me ? Sounds like a great manager 👍

@Vikkelspies @SkyHelpTeam Sounds like its a complicated issue that requires a specialist back-office team to resolve. I’d just wait for them to fix the problem rather than badgering and pestering agents who can’t do anything for you and who are at no fault. Just get a replacement PAYG SIM in the meantime
