Awful #CustomerService @SkyUK you managed to cut off my Sky. Engineer attended to update SkyQ,failed due to council regulations, told throw away Q card keep old one(3 months ago).Today viewing card error, as I had not installed new viewing card to Old system.3 days wait new card

@SkyHelpTeam no playlists show in recommendation or when filtering for playlists this definitely needs looking into its a wider issue when i filter for playlists it just says no search results found even tho they should be as it’s previously worked
