    I am trying to get hold of @SkyHelpTeam. As promised on their website they are prioritising key workers (like me, great) HOWEVER there is no number to call and whenever I go on the website I am taken in a never ending loop of testing my connection. #nointernet #nocustomerservice

    @SkyHelpTeam For >36 hours it has stated “There's an outage in your area We’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this. Been having a problem for a while? It could be a network problem. Check service status for more info.”

    @SkyHelpTeam Stop directing me to something that does not work.. I have upgraded my Internet but the problem still persist. Please send an engineer to sort this out. I cannot be paying £92 per month for a service I hardly enjoy. It is a massive rip-off

    @SkyHelpTeam Then service status shows nothing but reminds me that some local outages would not show on the service status page. This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.

    @SkyUK why is it >12 hours since an internet outage in Central London with no fixing and no updates? Working from home was a complete impossibility thanks to that.... #internet

    @SkyHelpTeam More issues with broadband today - I keep losing connection - no WiFi - trying to work from home - not good! We had no Internet for a few hours last night - this is not acceptable. At least admit that there is a general problem!

    @SkyHelpTeam A third appointment needs to be made for another engineer who may not turn up again. They can’t allow me to speak to anyone else from SKY to make a complaint. They won’t book me an appointment for tomorrow. I can’t afford to spend a third day in waiting for someone.

    Apparently even if you have a @SkyUK Q dish with wires, @SkyUK would rather waste fuel, time and energy sending an engineer (which they insist on and charge you for) to plug a box in instead of letting the customer do it. #carbonfootprint
