@SkyHelpTeam HI there my issue was fixed but it's very unusual that sky don't have a default sim pin which means the user has to block the sim enter the puk code then enter a new sim pin. Ur web site also gives out the default sim pin on sky mobile Sims which is a security risk

It’s raining and surprise surprise my @SkyHelpTeam internet has gone off. Like it does every time it rains. engineer has told us that the wires are low down in the box and they get flooded.Pretty sure this should be fixed.But I’ll just sit here unable to work until the rain stops

@SkyHelpTeam Yes did all that contact sky. They told me to hard reset. So did that but no joy. Getting frustrated as I am paying for this but not getting the service as promised! Also moved router to see if helped, but still the same!
