No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. You said sorry if I feel let down, but no offer to fix the problem. Appalling.
