@acailler @SkyHelpTeam My understanding is the benefit to them isn’t financial. Their benefit is protecting their investment which I’ve no trouble with. This still damages it to an extent as we’re seeing with you cancelling your sky subscription. They’ve been backed into a corner. Clubs are to blame.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m in tier 4 having to work from home and can’t do so because of your issues. There is a national pandemic and this is happening. This is simply not good enough and no doubt soon we will get another letter advising of pricing going up!!
