    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK its been a shambles since I was first ‘welcomed back’ to sky. Numerous calls, promised call backs not happened, all I wanted was a sky q box oh and a call back! Wasted my lunch trying to get through was put on hold then had to hang up! Disgusting

    Atrocious service. I want to cancel my services. Just do it. Running around the houses unable to speak to anyone, directed to websites and no decent information. This is disgraceful. I've been a customer for 15 years. Just cancel my TV account!!!! @CISASUK @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried reinstalling before and it’s the same. It doesn’t happen on all content- seems to occur less on films. I had to stop watching Billions though as it was so bad.

    @SkyHelpTeam No problems there. It seems to be a programming issue with Sky Go. The subtitles are otherwise fine but sentences keep getting cut off mid way through. This has been happening for many months and it renders some things unwatchable for me unfortunately.
