No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%
