    @SkyUK Stopping customers from cancelling sport’s subscription by not allowing u 2 cancel online and having to wait over an hour to speak to a member of staff, so u give up..disgusting

    @RobGooders @jffcpfc @SkySports I’ve seen it from all Angles . No heads actually clashed - he leant in and pushed his chest at him. Zaha pushes him in the face so that should a red ... but I agree just let it go as caps was stupid and was baiting him. Meanwhile - elbow in face on Kabasele ....

    Was just about to leave @SkyUK as the broadband was too slow. They upgraded me to superfast broadband which should have been done by today and they have now advised that it will be another week. Great way to treat your customers #angry #skybroadband

They live & die by their subscriber figures.Seeing loads of folk cancel & run the risk of losing them to others wouldn’t be commercially smart.They’re best off acknowledging current situation & then making gesture to the current subscribers.

    Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

    @SkyHelpTeam - I have Sky Mobile - I think the service in Ipswich is broken. I've been there working for the last few months, have full 5G service, but its unusable, continual timeouts. 4G in Cambridge works fine, is there a way to force the phone to use a more reliable service?

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky q mini box turns on shows the menu for a split second then goes black screen. I've tried all the reset routes and still no different. Even tried other hdmi cables and 3 tvs still the same issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband has been down for 24hrs. They wanted to send out an engineer but charge me £15 as it's the weekend. Now I'm finding out it's happening all over the place! How long are we going to be without our service that we are paying over the odds for?!

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had no internet since about 6pm last night, I checked Sky service status and it said it was a known issue as work is being done in Cambridge and Suffolk but we are in Basingstoke RG22 - why would that be affecting us?

    @SkyHelpTeam Other devices are fine. I tend to find I have to power the sky q box off at the mains and turn it back on for it to work properly. Network connection is always on a ✅. Just really slow unless powered off and on again.
