So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!

Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks
