No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill, loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.
