    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Today marks an entire month of outage in my area and still it hasn't been fixed. Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Outage still persists after 16 days. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam I've already gone through that test with the Sky person on the phone last week. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

    After 27 years as a Sky-BSB and now just @SkyUK customer it’s time to say goodbye! SkyQ has been dreadful with boxes always losing signal and I’m getting far more from streaming services for 1/3 the cost of Sky!

    @SkyHelpTeam having real trouble with the paramount+ app on my Sky Q 2TB box, it won't play hardly any video's, just crashes and says I should reset my router!, very frustrating ! Please fix !

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet and landline service for nearly a week now. I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

    @SkyHelpTeam I was told by Sky it is an outage in the area and that it would be fixed within two working days. That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow will be day 21 of the outage. It's gotten worse too. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

    @SkyHelpTeam This is not a wireless speed test and I am not really sure how you came to that conclusion. It was made on a PC with Gbit lan connection. The same result is also made on another PC on the same network. The wifi speed using a phone is also the same.

    @SkyHelpTeam the online guid is broad and unhelpful and doesnt have anything to help with packet loss, when i go over to slow internet speeds its nothing i havent done before

    @SkyHelpTeam On my Sky Q box, just comes up at the top “press red to upgrade to watch”. When I’ve pressed the red button I got a message on the screen saying ‘sorry we’re currently experiencing a technical issue”. Ive just noticed it also failed to record on Thursday night.

    @d5_rss @SkySports @BBCSport Can see why they're pushing it. Anything that inspires more young girls to play sport is worth it. Yes it's low standard but will improve over time the more girls start playing. The annoying part though is crap pundits.

    @SkyHelpTeam been on the phone to one of your advisor everything is working fine apart from the sky mini boxes. The main box is knackered can’t get any internet connect through it and I need an engineer two weeks on Wednesday to find that out. Your service is a complete disgrace.
