    @SkyHelpTeam Also to add, I've tried support, 2 hour wait time and no engineer will be sent, because according to Sky our internet is working but I can say now from doing Web work since 1997, the damn WiFi isn't! We need a new Router asap and if we cannot get joy from sky we are going to BT.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying Sky. The issue is with the Router, the WiFi is going on and off, off 90% of the time. There's clearly Internet but no WiFi and we cannot all connect via ethernet as we are spread out in the house. It's ruining everything and stopping our kids from working.

    So this is how @SkyUK and @virginmedia let key workers down. @SkyUK ignoring all phone calls from those who they call "key workers" and claim to support them. Two days calling them to stop the #cancelation of a contract since @virginmedia unable to make the installation.

    Sky are the ******* worst. No reward for loyalty, new customers get everything. Leaving a cult is probably easier than downgrading your package with them. Nothing can be done online and no one ever answers the phone. Over 2 weeks getting nowhere. @SkyUK

    Footballers to be asked to take pay cuts is utterly ridiculous, why do football clubs treat them so differently to normal employees of any business. Put money on it that they didn’t ask their other staff to take a cut! Furlough them like everyone else #bbcsport #skysports

    Imposible to contact #sky on any form, not even putting us on waiting list. They only respond on twitter to say "call by phone", which is impossible mission. in two days we will loose our internet connection because of @SkyUK poor customer service. We need a solution!

    @SkyHelpTeam After 18 months of correct operation, my SkyQ 2TB HDR box suddenly keeps losing its network connection. It's hardwired to my router, and I've tried both DHCP and manual IP address assignment. Have to keep power-cycling the box to reconnect. Firmware update mess up?

    @SkyHelpTeam We actually went from skyQ to sky glass I appreciate it's in the beta stage and we were basically testers for it ,when it worked it was great but we had so many probs with it but others I know it's been fine , and our bband is sky which went down so no TV for a week so back to Q
