Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?
