Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?
