They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

I know we’re in a lockdown but can anything be done in meantime as working from home with no internet is tough?!

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out! I seem to be stuck forced to pay with on options at all to stream?
