I give up on @SkyHelpTeam most of the UK are having issues with sky broadband and yet sky are saying there are no issues. Time to find another provider and been on hold to customer services for 45mins.

@SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

@SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

Got to say that the standard of commentary at the moment on @SkySports is terrible. How do the pick the co-commentator? The most clueless and boring gets the job. And even the lead is hopeless most of the time. Need a new batch with more life and excitement and knowledge.

@Korsty_ @SkyHelpTeam There are definitely better options, they'll use the same infrastructure but it doesn't mean they have the same outages, and Sky seem to do their absolute best to provide the shittest service possible. If you're being given an out for free, I'd take it.
