That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting
