New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

MG (@arnau99999) reported from Walthamstow, England@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.
