@OpenreachHelp 24 hours have now passed and nobody from @SkyHelpTeam or @OpenreachHelp have given me any explanation or update as to why I still have no fibre broadband after our “installation” yesterday. Not to mention the material damage done to my property yesterday.

Brand new router from @SkyUK which I didn’t need or ask for (signed new contract). But it has a “wifi guarantee in every room” Internet speed a fifth of what it was and devices over 6 feet away have too weak a signal to even connect to the router.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I got there in the end. I'm not gonna lie, the instructions are shockingly bad. In fact you have to go about doing it completely differently to how the website suggests. But all working now thanks!
