Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent.
