    @SkyHelpTeam Not good enough! This isn’t the price we agreed when I renewed my contract with you. You should honour the price that was agreed. I don’t really care for the reason. You will lose a lot of customers. I’ve been a customer for 9 years and that means nothing to you!

    @SkyHelpTeam I've already gone through that test with the Sky person on the phone last week. The phone line is just dead and internet extremely intermittent. They said there is an outage in my localized area and it would be fixed by Friday but I'm still waiting.

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had no broadband service for at least an hour which has followed all day of dropped connection and last week on Tuesday. Please fix as we are both WFH needing internet.

    I’ve spent the last couple of hours resetting routers, switching everything on and off and swapping HDMI cables! 30 secs on Twitter and now I know sky broadband is down! Come on @SkyHelpTeam has there been a nuclear strike or something? I’m been driven to gin drinking!

    @SkyHelpTeam Just moved to sky from Bt . Never had a problem with BT in over 15 years - now this ! 2 weeks with sky 👎 Really not impressed

    So my Sky Internet has been down for 6 days @SkyUK Sky Engineer could not fix it. BT Open Reach Engineer could not fix it. An ongoing problem they said. So just ongoing is it going to be? How am I supposed to work with no Internet? #skyinternetdown

    @SkyHelpTeam No I'm saying the labelling is wrong obviously on your setup so not going together. Why can't you sort by date broadcast? It would mean that shows would be together the labelling is crap

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, BT Sport has just disappeared from my subscription. I just spent 30m to speak to someone in cust service who then transferred me to the Value Team - who aren’t working today! How can I get someone to speak to me about this without having to call and wait again?

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky + box has disconnected from the Internet and no matter what I do ( I have tried all options) but a network cannot be found. Are there any issues atm? All my other devices are connected to my WiFi no problem.....

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Put a complaint in and ask for the call to be reviewed. You have to tell them you raising a complaint or otherwise they will ignore it

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I've found Sky one of the best to haggle with for contract renewals and saving money. Make sure you ring the cancellation people, they will be UK based and will be helpful. You have 14 days to cancel and they'll try to keep you but you can cancel if all else fails.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK To clarify my rather abrupt statement - I have Now TV which is broadband version of Sky - you pay for the channels you wish to watch, and as I do not pay the BBC scam tax I can't and don't watch live TV. I signed up to the entertainment package - around £5 a month (on 6 month offer) - I never, or at least very rarely watch it and will not be renewing it. As for their movie channel - why bother? Paramount and Apple TV, via Amazon Prime provide better content and this is a shame as I used to like and enjoy Sky entertainment series (US based) and then suddenly they went 100% woke and just lost the plot in content and quality - same great actors, awful scripts and screenplay. In my opinion of course.
