No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?
