    @SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

    Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

    @SkyUK is arguably the shittest, most unreliable and dissapointing broadband service you can get in the UK. It does have good download speeds and upload speeds but this is ultimately pointless as the the quality of service you get it horrendous, insane amount of downtime. 0/10

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, this doesn’t actually help im afraid.. just tells me to check the hardware and software but it all looks okay to me... and yet in APPS it only shows me Prime Video on Sky Q and introducing Fiit on Sky Q.
