So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

@SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

@SkyHelpTeam Well just been advised that we have a power light wireless light but no internet light showing on the hub so guess it’s down then. A simple yes or no would have been suffice seeing as you have access to that information. I shouldn’t have expected any less really from you

@SkyHelpTeam Just constantly freezing and battery life drains quick for a phone with not that many apps. Phones never been dropped or damage and it’s mid through a contract so I don’t expect it to start freezing constantly and sometimes the keyboard won’t work.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma, I understand but the problem is there's a minimum subscription to the service, being 18 months. If I decide I don't like it or don't use it, I'm tied in for a year and a half..... imagine all the customers that have decided not to go for it for that sole reason. Madness.
