    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that. So again…is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out! I seem to be stuck forced to pay with on options at all to stream?

    @SkyHelpTeam No I'm saying the labelling is wrong obviously on your setup so not going together. Why can't you sort by date broadcast? It would mean that shows would be together the labelling is crap

    Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have other choice than tweeting you, as I have been trying for several months now to sort my broadband, which NEVER WORKS, and your customer service is useless. I have been paying other services to be able to work from home. This is really annoying

    Looks like Sky have the work experience kids manning the @SkyHelpTeam Twitter account. How can they be so oblivious to the fact that the Sky Go App on Xbox is crashing for literally thousands of people and that it is clearly an issue with the stream, not their customers set up!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky customer for 20 years. Im appalled at you moving games to PPV when I pay you a subscription, BT a subscription and pay for a season ticket at my club. What is the period of notice I have to give to move to Virgin?

    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

    @SkySports what have you done to the #skysports app? Completely ruined what was a great app. Too slow, terrible user interface and difficult to navigate. What a poor customer experience. I am sure you can do better than that !! If you can’t - DM me ... can help make it better!

    @SkyUK don’t want to tell customers the amount of cancellation fees in case of early contract termination!! They will then charge what they want. NO TRANSPARENCY!! They lose a customer over this! Disgusting!! #sky broadband

    @SkySports I hope this isn’t true. What’s next? Stopping the clock when out of play, quarters instead of halves, no offsides, if you get a player sent off you just replace them with someone else, no match bans. Let’s not go down this path.
