    @SkyHelpTeam I’m aware of this but I didn’t actually go through with the deal, I just had a couple of deals in my basket deciding which was the best one. I closed the tap and never agreed to proceed with anything

    Sky broadband has been down for Hammersmith and Fulham since 10:20 yet no update since 12:00 and no eta on repair fix. Utterly pathetic @SkyHelpTeam - Will be moving suppliers on Monday. Had enough.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - just wasted another hour of my life on the phone. Sky do not want to help. Sky do not want to fix my problem. Sky do not care about me, or my 12 years of loyalty. I have been treated appallingly. All I want is for my faulty Sky Q silver box to be replaced..

    @SkyUK Hi,had an engineer out a few weeks ago,the sky box was not working again a couple of days later,I now have no internet,I pay almost a Β£100 a month,shocking service after 15 years I will be looking elsewhere for broadband.

    @PeabodyLDN really need to sort out our @SkyUK dish.. two weeks of no signal is really *************** now.. was told it should be sorted by the weekend and still the signal is dropping out all the time. Can't watch @gmb.. really annoying 😀

    @SkyHelpTeam The lights are not indicating any problems. I'm guessing this is because the internet isn't down for long enough for the lights to change? Because it is only down for seconds at a time but it is very disruptive.

    After months of good service today we have no connection earliest engineer 21 June-useless and that’s with sky boost, why am I paying extra for this.5 hours on the phone not resolved. We are now told the modem is incorrectly connected. Have we been moved to SOGEA #skyuk
