    I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

    Have paid £34.50 just to speak to a customer service assistant @SkyHelpTeam about an account which was meant to be closed. No email address for me to address the issue. Horrendous, quite frankly.

    @SkyUK Hi,had an engineer out a few weeks ago,the sky box was not working again a couple of days later,I now have no internet,I pay almost a £100 a month,shocking service after 15 years I will be looking elsewhere for broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done this. I was on the phone to resolve this 2 days ago with someone from your office and I was told to reset my router. The problem started again.

    Sky broadband has been down for Hammersmith and Fulham since 10:20 yet no update since 12:00 and no eta on repair fix. Utterly pathetic @SkyHelpTeam - Will be moving suppliers on Monday. Had enough.

    I've noticed @SkySports have gone for a new season 'update'. They've changed the app. It's worse. They changed the Soccer Saturday music. That should be illegal. They've changed the score banner in live games. I have to squint to see the time. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
