    @SkyHelpTeam I have called to no avail. That's why I am trying this route. Seems like a dead end both routes of communication which for two companies in the communications industry is very poor @OpenreachHelp

    @SkyHelpTeam Any chance of Sky making some kind of comment about what’s going on? It’s now day three and there will be lots of people like me who need broadband to WFH. Seems to be a real problem all over Twickenham.

    @KatLueth @SkyHelpTeam Also from Twickenham here - and no Sky broadband for 24 hours now. Website says there’s an outage but also says ‘no problem with your service at your address’. Any chance of some clarity ?

    @SkyHelpTeam GooD afternoon Nathan Thank for reaching out to Me Ok so 2 things So the problem was on the 7th of this month my tv and broadband taken And the mobile was not taken on the 7th I gave specic instructions cause last year in Feb I had a very bad accident. Know I'm much better

    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyUK I'm a gold member And still waiting for my refund more then 1 week know and the operators keep on saying its been refunded to my credit . Operators should listen to customer and not do what they won't

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there a problem with Sky broadband in HP19 9? Can’t connect, tried online checker and said can’t connect to hub. Done all the steps on your website, still nothing. Have three green lights on the router, but no devices can get online?

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband has been down for the past 3 days at least. NN3. Why is it taking so long to rectify? Do I get a discount for not being able to use and a discount on the TV as I cannot catch up with anything...and payment towards my streaming services I cannot watch?

    I really like the favourite feature of sky glass, I can’t record on the TV. Having 30 channels on a. Select - left - favourites and having a dedicated up and down is a service in sky terms worth money if you pay £5 for UHD Dolby @SkyUK - New Customer

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had no internet connection for over 2 hours. I work from home and need this fixed like now. The service checker says there’s a large outage at present and it’s not good enough.
