    @SkyHelpTeam It wasn't just today. I tried multiple times at different times of day over the past few weeks and it was never available. Today I called instead but was on the phone for an hour and still have not received the promised call back.

    Sky customer support is literally broken down. Every call to them takes on an average 30-60 min. You are bundled off to India where they know NOTHING. only I’m sorry. Escalating it. Arranging a call back. The engineers don’t bother to attend on a appointment @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks we were told he was coming today and he would call and neither happened. So mixed messages from several different call centre agents. Not to worry I'm sure we'll come to a resolution tomorrow and that resolution will be us switching to a more competent provider.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm very irritated by your terrible service. Not only did you terminate my broadband service a week early, we've waited 2wks for an engineer, only for him to arrive, say he's not comfortable drilling holes, insult my husband & then leave! Completely unacceptable!

    Day25 of no internet. Today when I called @SkyHelpTeam they told me that despite three visits I do indeed have no broadband & @OpenreachHelp are waiting for planning permission to dig up the road! WTF!

Did a quick check and @ecotricity is about £20 a month more than the average - which isn’t bad for renewable power, good customer service and no early exit fee

    Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

    @SkyHelpTeam so I can’t connect to the Sky broadband router even with the correct password. If I do connect I get kicked off less than a minute later. TV, phone, laptop, iPad, PC, none of them work. Poor service is becoming too common now.

    @andy_mazey @SkySports They pay **** all for it too Andyand get a good deal every season they seem to pay less.. rl bosses are too scared in case we don’t get the deal pity bt aren’t interested in the game and then maybe the players will get more money and the lower clubs will get a better share !!
