I’ve spent the last couple of hours resetting routers, switching everything on and off and swapping HDMI cables! 30 secs on Twitter and now I know sky broadband is down! Come on @SkyHelpTeam has there been a nuclear strike or something? I’m been driven to gin drinking!

@SkyHelpTeam just moved flat and waiting for installation as a new customer for broadband and a tv package and have to wait 3 weeks for this. I know we’re in a lockdown but can anything be done in meantime as working from home with no internet is tough?!

@SkyHelpTeam No never been with sky and i used a new email address and created a new sky id to get an account set up with sky so i could put an order in
