@SkyHelpTeam Please I have done all this before, I’ve had broadband guy out and a TV woman out and there’s still issues. For 4 months now and still £100 you take from me with no resolution.

F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

@SkyHelpTeam I am now 9 days into no broadband or home phone - I’ve received one update from SkY 3 days ago - still nothing else - it’s quite appalling service if u ask me - just a message saying you’re working on it would suffice just being left in limbo constantly

Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes Louise on the 29th December. Even though the initial problem was reported in the 11th. Why do you not have any contingency for this issue, like broadband companies, who post out an alternative box the next day. You have streaming pucks now.

@SkyHelpTeam there's been no internet at E2 in London for FOUR days now. And #SkyBroadband actually had the gall to try to charge me to get an engineer to come fix THEIR own fault (which didn't fix the issue). Also, #Sky has just randomly increased my monthly bill with no notice

@shorr104 @SkyHelpTeam If you run a line test you might be able to get an engineer out. Or it might tell you its an outage and you’ll be back on soon. Either way it’s domestic broadband so you shouldn’t be relying on it to WFH
