@SkyHelpTeam Good morning, not sure what ‘in’ is but we’ve rang, emailed and attempted to use the website in order to deal with the issue. We haven’t been able to contact anyone directly who can assist us. Surely there’s a direct number to someone in the UK who is able to help sort this out?

@emma_wheatley @SkyUK Ours is exactly the same. Super slow and their solution is to upgrade to SkyQ... except we can't get fibre here and only have 1 tv so zero benefit.

Ridiculous that @SkyUK were happy enough for me to renew a contract, a legally binding agreement and yet are not willing to support households going through divorce

I’ve been with Octopus 18 months and like @SkyUK they’ve absolutely AMAZING customer service (I have tv, phone and internet with Sky - not the cheapest but CS is key)
