Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

No audio issues. It was just Sky who had the sound problem. What else you got?

Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. So is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out!
