My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

There was an issue a short time ago where the Internet was cutting out when the landline rung but that was sorted. I will monitor it for now and see how things go, if it reoccurs i will get in touch via the phone.
