    @SkyHelpTeam I don't have a Sky landlines 🙄. Why do I have to call at to cancel something ? I tried calling was on phone for an hour to be told it wasn't possible to cancel then getting transfered somewhere else. Obviously making it as difficult as possible. Still have service I don't want.

    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    Appalling service from @SkyUK. After leaving you months ago, returning all equipment, and having to call several times to confirm you received this after getting chase calls and letters, I now get a letter months later from debtor asking us to pay for our unreturned equipment!
