@SkyHelpTeam Offered sky vip diamond due to being a customer of 20 odd years. Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. Duly accepted then get and email saying I will be charged after offer ends.Bit scammy if so & shite way to treat long term customers.

@SkyUK as a Sky VIP. Try to buy a movie Sky Store #fail. Call centre say as VIP we’ll put you straight through!! now on hold...at 17mins ironically the marketing starts re movies I can buy! At 19 mins “buy broadband” 22 mins still no answer, 35 min a fix. Doesn’t feel very VIP!!

@SkyHelpTeam You may want to fix your system that generates letters. The last letter I received said there were no outstanding fees, but the email I received this AM suggests an Early Termination Charge. Glad I swiched to a different ISP.

@SkySports people who watch football hear swearing all the time. You really do not have to apologise every time your FX miles pick up a bad word. It’s actually more annoying you do it than the fact one person in a 50,000 crowd swears!!!
