    @SkyUK our broadband is dreadful at the moment. Using Speedchecker: On 26/04 our download speed was 1.67, on 04/05 our download was 1.64, slightly better today at 9.78, but our guaranteed minimum is 22. How do I cancel my contract as I’m only 6mo into an 18mo contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam last week i made the decision to leave and go with Vodafone for broadband. My broadband was pretty poor anyway, a speed of approx 3mbps. Since requesting the move my internet has got far worse. I now struggle to watch Netflix on 2 devices! Help please!

    @SkyHelpTeam over the past few days I’ve been getting terrible signal on some of the sports channels (namely Eurosport) - getting messages every 15 secs saying that that the recording was interrupted due to poor signal. Most channels seem fine.

    @SkyHelpTeam About 6, none with anything plugged in. I know the steps and I've done the checks and all it says is there is a problem. I'll look more tomorrow but honestly I just want to be able to use my PS4 properly
