@SkyHelpTeam For the last few days our broadband has ranged between incredibly slow, flaky and completely non existent. This has continued notwithstanding all the lights being lit up on the router. Advice/comments/help would be much appreciated please.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been out since midnight, Sky checking tool says there's an outage in our area, but has no details - is there any way to see more (maybe an ETA)? Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just had to spend £33 on extra data for kids phones to do homework due to constant broadband dropping due to outages. This is week three!!! Thanks Sky, maybe you should be shouting at BT open reach to fix the problem so we can work at home #frustrated

@SkyHelpTeam I’m speaking with sky technical most days, they cannot tell me when it will be fixed. However after one month of broken broadband I can leave my contract with sky. That’s really not helpful ! I expect the service fixed.

So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

@SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

@SkyHelpTeam Question: I have Sky Mobile only and I am interesting in adding the £39 broadband, phone and tv offer in January. So am I counted as an existing customer or a new customer? If existing customer your web site cannot find my account from my Sky Mobile account number.

@SkyUK we were out of broadband and landline for 2 weeks a month ago and since last 3 days our broadband is down again. Your @SkyCustomerHelp is awful as they don’t have any clue when this will be resolved.
