@MajorGowen_ @glosuk68 @SkyHelpTeam 3/3 .... which time I have struggled to maintain my subscriptions for a service package which has barely been used ! I gave up trying to contact them for help (ie contract pause, payment reduction or rebate perhaps) as a result but am currently in some difficulty over it.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Alison. We do call. We call every single day. Every day we have to re-explain the issue to a different person, who advises they will call us back at a certain time. THEY NEVER CALL BACK, so we repeat step 1. EVERY DAY.
