    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyHelpTeam why on earth have you got rid of sky buddy? What a daft idea with no replacement… and no broadband shield isn’t anywhere near as useful. I love sky but unless there’s a replacement I’ll need to find a provider who does offer that service #veryGrumpy

    @SkyHelpTeam upgraded to skyq on Friday but the viewing card didn’t work. Engineer left saying that if it didn’t start in 4 hours to call. Promised a new one would be sent out, hasn’t arrived yet and now can’t watch the channels that I could access. Not happy with your service.
