    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyUK can you tell me why we constantly have problems with WiFi connectivity? We even have the booster box in the hall way. (WiFi box in the living room) so it’s literally half way. Any help would be brilliant.......

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can't get Prime Video to work on my Sky Q box. I click on Prime and it brings up the logo screen and then goes blank and won't open. I've switched the Internet off and on and also switched off the box and it still won't work. Paramount+ and Discovery+ work. Help!
