    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s the issue. I can’t . The customer service number is sending me round in circles &I can’t get to speak to anyone, and when I do they’re saying there is no fault present as it’s reset. It’s like Groundhog Day

    @hgr99x @SkyHelpTeam This sounds awful. Sounds like you want to ask @BBCNews to look at this. I would ask for a copy of the call recording so if you do need to take it further then you have a copy of this. Shame on you sky!
