    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, we have a problem with the internet constantly dropping off our sky q box. We don’t use sky broadband or fibre as it is no good in this area. I tried the online help, but it just tries to sell you sky fibre, which I’ve already been told isn’t the answer.

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyUK your broadband has been a royal pain in my arse today. Had to work from office after I got cut off mid meeting WFH this morning. Worlds most stressful day. Come home to still no broadband and a woman on the phone saying outage could take 2 WORKING DAYS to fix. SHAMBLES
