@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@GMB @SkySports @Carra23 Absolutely not. My dad is 78 with Parkinson’s and hasn’t been out of house for 10 mths. He’s far more deserving of vaccination before footballers . I’m a family support worker going into peoples homes so more at risk and still haven’t had it 😡

Clearly Sky have done something as seemingly all Sky B/band users have been blocked from using Amazon sites since yesterday afternoon. Why don't Sky correct what they have done, rather than @SkyHelpTeam telling everyone to start changing settings. Sky Broke it so Sky fix it
