    @SkyHelpTeam I defy anyone to find anything about HDR on that link. Signed in but can't find any information. And to push point of my tweet how is it right that you provide one type of box to one customer who pays the same as another with a different box but can't get same service. It's wrong

    The @SkySports red button ‘coverage’ is absolutely shocking! One camera, no replays and a one absolutely appalling commentator. Makes iPlayer look like a premium service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok I got through. £100 upgrade! Unbelievable. Been with Sky 20 years! That's outrageous. If I cancelled my contract and my wife opened a new account on same package you automatically get the HDR box. That's an awful way to treat loyal customers. Truly awful!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam absolutely *************** this Xmas. All over Sky Cinema advertising movies in HDR via Sky Q. Except early adopters of Sky Q own boxes that are not HDR compatible. Once again penalised for being a loyal customer

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyHelpTeam tried unsuccessfully to cancel my subscription. Ended up in a never ending loop of unhelpfulness. All I want is the email address to give 31 days notice. How difficult can that be ? Sky do their absolute best to make it impossible to leave them. Horrendous service

    @SkyHelpTeam we've had near enough 2 weeks worth of crap Internet reliability from you. Working from home is near impossible currently and if it continues any longer or we'll be leaving. A day or two is acceptable, but two weeks of issues where the Internet is down for 12+ hours

    @SkyHelpTeam I believe all the test where done and the sky team member said it must be a technical issue - it started working briefly and he said it must be resolved but since then it has repeatedly dropped
