    @SkyHelpTeam Offered sky vip diamond due to being a customer of 20 odd years. Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. Duly accepted then get and email saying I will be charged after offer ends.Bit scammy if so & shite way to treat long term customers.

    @SkyUK disappointed at your attitude towards my parents who are pensioners. They called in December to tell you they can’t afford package and was pressured into an up sell. Now they are being told not to buy food but to pay your bills which you won’t let them cancel!

Landline nor working - engineer out and fixed within 48 hours. Never had a problem with incorrect billing. I'd be delighted to know why @UKTV has a vendetta against @virginmedia - yes that's what it sounds like

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I have yes, and re started my phone. It happens every time I try and sign in. Says i'm not connected to a network even though I have internet and wifi all working ok. I always have to re set my password to gain access (password is correct and saved by apple)

    @SkyUK I've have no dial tone on my landline all morning. Tried contacting you on a 25ppm number, and been told that there's a 10 minute wait. A relative called on my behalf, and they were told to use the live chat option, but Sky do not offer this service any more.
