    @hollywood_niall @timpayton @SkySports Exactly. I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam absolutely *************** this Xmas. All over Sky Cinema advertising movies in HDR via Sky Q. Except early adopters of Sky Q own boxes that are not HDR compatible. Once again penalised for being a loyal customer

    @skytv spent 75mins (most on hold) going through Sky contract renewal y/day. Fought hard for a “deal” but when I check the “deal” I’m still on OLD products (paying extra for Sports HD) & therefore still paying more than a new customer, so there’s no “deal” at all! @SkyHelpTeam 🤬
