I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

@drooboy72 @SkyHelpTeam My uhd footy was freezing on normal 60mb broadband but as soon as I plugged in my tp link m4 mesh system I have not had any issues at all as it carry’s strongest WiFi signal from hub to every room.
