I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

@SkyHelpTeam None of this works i reconnect to the main box, reconnect to the network and it’ll disconnect again within the next 5 mins. This is the 2nd Multiroom box since weve had sky q because it has terrible connection and we have a booster upstairs too
