If I cancelled my contract and my wife opened a new account on same package you automatically get the HDR box. That's an awful way to treat loyal customers. Truly awful!

Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. Duly accepted then get and email saying I will be charged after offer ends.Bit scammy if so & shite way to treat long term customers.

Pete (@fergalson) reported@SkyUK whatever you are paying your network team, you need to cut it. A quick google, or use of copilot shows that THE ROUTER CANNOT CAUSE A RED LOS. Openreach engineer has said it’s an issue with sky, my neighbours are having the same issue USING the sky router.
