I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

@SkyHelpTeam - secondary sky Q box is getting error MR204 daily. I have Sky Broadband which also cuts out daily (generally does work). Do I need a booster?An engineer? Upgrade broadband to top package? - an online link to “self-help” is almost as frustrating as the error itself
