I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

Customer services is a joke, but to be honest with you the only reason I’ve stayed is that I cannot bear the thought of getting BT in to run a line through my house for broadband.
