    @SkyHelpTeam Offered sky vip diamond due to being a customer of 20 odd years. Being a diamond vip it said that I could get Sky Go Extra for free. Duly accepted then get and email saying I will be charged after offer ends.Bit scammy if so & shite way to treat long term customers.

Landline nor working - engineer out and fixed within 48 hours. Never had a problem with incorrect billing.
