I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

@SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Have a look at sim only plans. If I go to mobile then sim only it comes up with that message then asks me to login. I login into my account then it tells me that my account doesn’t have any problems

@life_screams_ @SkyHelpTeam I'd like faster broadband & sky Q for £35 a month instead of crap broadband & sky normal (with phone) for £78 a month... That's what loyalty gets you. I don't need fancy #skyvip gimmicks, I just need fairness in pricing!! & Saving £43 a month would be nice! 10 years a customer!

@misskatiedixon @SkyHelpTeam Nothing to do with Sky. The Box is being used as a back up feed for its sister channels while problems at their playout provider are being fixed, stemming from a fire incident on Saturday night that has also effected the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5 and BT Sport.
