    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

    @SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, I am a new customer who can't get any on demand content including boxsets. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

    @TBronev @Cammysteve88 @SkySports He's not said Rangers are victims. They are blaming Rangers when it is an individual issue by a very small minority of so-called fans. The club itself has nothing to do with it. Rangers shouldn't have to investigate this, should be the police then Rangers can then take ban action

    @SkyHelpTeam @PkwYorks I am having same problem. Don’t want to speak to an agent, just want the option to browse online and see if I want to add anything. Last changes was feb 18 when I got SkyQ and it shows that hub is still on order (though it was actually delivered), not sure if that causes issues?
