I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

@SkyHelpTeam I have tried all suggestions, I have cancelled my direct debit, receiving messages to say call but then the message says not priority, after nearly 15 years with Sky I’m ready to give up completely, I know it’s a strange time atm but some help wouldn’t go amiss!!

Just watched the Ukraine equaliser against France in the @SkySports app. The clip runs for 25 seconds but the advert for Dubai immediately before it that you have to watch to see the clip, runs for 30 seconds!!!!! WTF??
