The @SkySports red button ‘coverage’ is absolutely shocking! One camera, no replays and a one absolutely appalling commentator. Makes iPlayer look like a premium service!

@SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

@SkyHelpTeam It was a remote switch on, and it was done yesterday according to the date I was advised when I took out the broadband and then a confirmation text that the service was live yesterday.

Had perfect Internet with BT broadband and now my mum has swapped to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam it is absolutely ****! Sky freezes when it loses signal and when I play fortnite the signal drops every 2 mins, making it impossible to play now.
