    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Broadband and Sky Glass and at least once a night, one channel or another freezes, which can be annoying. Is this an internet/wifi issue or a Sky Glass problem?

    @SkyHelpTeam So if I call and get told same thing then what? I have to put up with terrible service till contract ends? Im not paying more money. Been with sky 15+yrs and never had issues till now and been treated poorly in my opinion
