    @SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

    I know it’s #WWFC but I’m rapidly losing interest in this #OLYWOL might **** off to the car & listen on the radio, if @premierleague do go ‘behind closed doors’ then @SkySports will be getting ****** off, rather not watch at all

    😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

    @SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Broadband and Sky Glass and at least once a night, one channel or another freezes, which can be annoying. Is this an internet/wifi issue or a Sky Glass problem?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I been trying to contact customer service to complain but no answer. Had no Internet for nearly 2 weeks engineer never showed up today, had a message saying engineer will come on the 19th, so thats nearly 3 weeks without internet 2 days off with loss of pay.

    Disgusted w/ Sky! @SkyHelpTeam Some bright spark on Home Move team cocked things up so now we have NO internet for 2 weeks! In what world is this acceptable?? You were notified abt move a mnth ago! We both work from home & have to rely on your dodgy 4g which is crap at best! 😡

    Great customer service from 'Zak' a supervisor on @SkyHelpTeam's 'help'line. (Sarcasm). Apparently he is the "highest authority". He wouldn't allow us to speak to his manager because the manager "isn't customer facing". Well done. (Slow hand clap).
