@SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyHelpTeam Sky, what on earth's going on with ur broadband. Now down for several hours? This the 2nd widespread outage in a month. Ppl are relying on u for their jobs. Going back to BT - not a single outage in years. Even on a good day Sky is going down constantly overnight.
