    @SkyHelpTeam Might be just us but you're Sky Q boxes are terrible. Had one a few years and just kept freezing so you sent me one out after a engineer come to visit. That just turned itself off and didn't come on for hours at a time so another engineer came out.......

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s the point. The cancellation team manager was the one who refused to talk to me. The customer service guy I was talking to was even texting her back and forth. But she refused to speak with me. Leanne Mallin is her name. I’ve raised an official complaint.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply. I was wanting to discuss my Sky package. I phoned at 8.30 and spoke to a customer service representative. They told me that the department I wanted wasn't open until 8.45am and she would phone me back and put the call through. Still waiting. Thanks. Neil
