@SkyHelpTeam what is going on?! Open reach appointment booked and never showed. Now been on the phone for over 2 hours after being told you’d call me back. No one is helping. If this is how you treat your loyal customers then we better leave.

And I don't have an issue with hawk eye, just you seem to have a massive issue with 'unsportsmanlike conduct', which that is a massive example of. We never spied, just watched in public.

@SkyHelpTeam was able to connect smart tv and Xbox to Internet last night - today these same devices aren’t connecting to broadband seems odd and highly unlikely these two devices have an isolated issue. Q hub also refuses to connect to broadband hub. Fuming 😤
