    @SkyHelpTeam Practice starts at 1pm but normally they show some build up. Nothing today hence my comment less coverage for the same price. Adverts too, this is poor from Sky who originally stated their would be no interrupted coverage when you won the contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you mean spoken to them for thousandth time Daniel?! Honestly I get this issue every couple ofonths without fail! Your service is terrible, you gauranteed minimums mean nothing. At this point your contracts constitute fraud!

    @MickHarkin11 @SkyHelpTeam Thought as much it would be. It seems to be a common script when I call. That is not how you get true feedback from a customer and it should simply be ‘ please rate your customer experience with myself between 1-10. Nothing more.
