    @1ToMwHiTt @SkyHelpTeam @JackEdmo It's BT broadband. Sky just put their name on it. Copper wires installed in the 70's, hung from poles, designed for voice. And people wonder why they can't squeeze 100Mbps of data down them. Virgin is the only game in town for proper reliable fibre optic broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband been down for 4 hours now. Any ideas when this will be up and running again? #skybroadband has been getting progressively slower throughout my contract, but @SkyUK are always keen to increase charges midcontract. Will this downtime with be compensated?
