Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@SkyHelpTeam still no broadband. Called the number earlier (12ish), got a recorded message telling me that it's a problem in my area and is being fixed. 1630 - txt from Sky saying fixed. Except it's not. Number in text has a wait of 'over an hour*. I pay Sky £150/m. 👍
