    Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

    @SkyUK why does my Amazon prime on Sky Q keep freezing and showing subtitles and then going off it works fine when I log into the app on my TV please get the problem sorted

    Probably everyone is home, streaming films and football matches, or working but wonder if anyone else is facing internet outage/bandwidth issues from @SkyUK? I haven't had uninterrupted network last 3-4 days and no, restarting the router doesn't help. Gets worse 3 pm onwards 😮!

    @SkyHelpTeam it’s been weeks now, and two engineer visits in five days. But I still don’t have a functioning broadband. Customer care ‘hope’ that someone will fix the issue soon. Can that be your new adverting campaign? Sky, hope for better? #switch, sick of this rubbish now.
