@goatteeboy @selvecricket @SkyHelpTeam We were told there was a problem with the latest software update and an issue with compatibility with broadband that isn’t Sky. We were told they were working on a fix and now seems to be working albeit downloading still a bit slower than it was

With so many people talking about Sky Broadband going up and down every few minutes I don't understand why the @SkyUK site still says there are no known issues.

Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@SkyHelpTeam Good afternoon I again no tv, unable to even recorded shows. I tried turning off and back on checked the software status ok. Checked my area no known faults. According to the sky Q box we are connected to network. Still screen say technical fault. Can anyone help??

@SaintRobinho86 @SkySports @btsport The issue is that Spurs have already played Norwich in a friendly, so have already been in contact. The Norwich player won’t play against you so it doesn’t matter

@virginmedia Yes, I have always been able to watch Skysports on my android tablet, until after the recent security update. For info, I can sign in to Skysports app via Virgin TV UK link on my mobile. Seems to be isolated to my tablet. I have unistalled & reinstalled the skysports app

@virginmedia No, not on my Android tablet as I am unable to reach the 'Virgin TV UK' sign in page. Pressing the button on the sign in page has no functionality. However, I can watch Skysports content on my laptop by normal signing in.

@virginmedia Yes, My Virginmedia & TVGo apps are working as normal. I believe it is a broken link on the Skysports sign in page. The Virgin TV UK button to enable me to sign in does not work.
