    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

    Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

    @BristolOli @SkyHelpTeam End up going round in circles, They can’t provide me with what I signed up too or what I pay for. Their answer is to put a WiFi booster upstairs, downstairs and in the kitchen. And to top it off they won’t let me pay up my contract and leave. Counting down the remaining 5 months.

    @SkySports Seriously, somethings wrong when the on field ref & VAR ref get this completely wrong for it to be overturned by guess what??? Video replay & analysis. VAR is supposed to cut out these kind of mistakes!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a mini box in the bedroom. Whenever I try to watch any music, it lets me for 1 minute and then goes pixelated. Restarting doesn’t work. I’m considering cancelling my subscription as I’m tired of paying for a service that doesn’t work.

    So @SkyUK mobile seems to think it's OK to give someone a new contract with my daughters phone number and think it's OK to charge me to cancel the contract just to get a new bloody number!!! Customer service is non existent!!
