    Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried via this route, telephone, live chat, messenger and speaking with the value team and each time getting a different price even when I was promised that quotes would be saved! Anyway, customer down now!!

    @SkyUK, I pay the guts of £130 a month for mini q boxes that switch themselves off, Internet that when it works is slow as a week in jail, paying for Disney+ but can't log in for s**t. We've been loyal customers for years but I think it's time to shop around. #justacustomerthough
