@SkyHelpTeam Do you mean Sky hub? My internet connection is fine - and I did reset my router to try and fix it - didn’t work.

@SkyHelpTeam That’s great. Just wasn’t sure if tethering was allowed on you’re service as I’m currently with three and get unlimited hotspot with them.

Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?
