On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

WIFI coverage will vary from house to house and walls naturally block wireless signals. You will also never get 1Gb speeds over WIFI but you will when you are hardwired with an Ethernet cable.
