@SkyHelpTeam @SimonBrundish Send Simon an actual broadband engineer. You sent numerous "engineers" to my home to fix who couldn't. The broadband engineer discovered my router was installed by your engineers to an extension line.

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

Just got off the phone from @SkyIreland @SkyHelpTeam awful experience. I have good broadband from #sky but only in one room. I called to get a booster and was advised I would need to get the tv package. So my monthly repayments would increase from 55 to over 100.Calling #Vodafone

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband been on/off for 24hrs now in Flintshire. Varying speeds from Nothing to 100mb max when paying for 900mb. Wifi not working either; Hub not assigning IP addresses or dropping devices constantly. What’s going on?!! Showed major outage yesterday but clear now.

@SkyHelpTeam An engineer is coming out to switch me to a different provider in 2 days and they are not charging me for it. There is no excuse for you creating a two tier system to fix a service that we already pay you to provide. It's just scummy profiteering.
