@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

@SkyHelpTeam @SimonBrundish Send Simon an actual broadband engineer. You sent numerous "engineers" to my home to fix who couldn't. The broadband engineer discovered my router was installed by your engineers to an extension line.

@SkyUK You can promote a dog, that’s ok, but how about fixing the ridiculous series of problems with sky glass? It’s rubbish!! Constant issues with it being unable to move off the Home Screen unless it’s turned on and off and back on again. Constant problems & sky say nothing publicly.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I believe that 0800 862 0818 is NOT you? I was called from the ‘Sky Loyalty Team’ & I’ve reported the number to ICO as a scam call. I would also report to Action Fraud but the website is currently down where you make a report. Happy to give you more info.

@SkyHelpTeam No! This is atrociously bad practice. Huge efforts are being made to teach people to NEVER reveal their personal passwords online. I can think of no other service where I have ever been asked for this. You urgently need to review this way of working.

@SkyHelpTeam To contact phone support I was asked to give my password (1) by the AI (2) by the operator. When I refused I was asked for one of my security q answers. Contrary to all advice we are given to never reveal passwords. Please stop this bad practice.
