    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

    @SkyHelpTeam @SimonBrundish Send Simon an actual broadband engineer. You sent numerous "engineers" to my home to fix who couldn't. The broadband engineer discovered my router was installed by your engineers to an extension line.

    @Princess_gemgem @SkyHelpTeam This is ridiculous..We have been sky customers for years.. We have paid every bill on time.. We pretty much have every channel and multi room. Our internet is down ( which we no doubt are still paying for) we have tried every fault finding available

    @SkyHelpTeam Neighbour just been told by SKY that it’s a two broadband outage. I guess you may need to carry out some follow up to see what is happening to support customers
