@SkyHelpTeam ....and you continue to ignore the issue surrounding the potential customer data breach which is separate to the call. Hence the report to ICO. Directing people to call screening services and Action Fraud may stop the calls, but don’t deal with any possible underlying breach.

@UtdKeza @merdode @SkySports You can and there are probably a lot of dodgy ones there, but we have VAR now, every penalty scene is watched multiple times, so they should be pretty accurate, but they arent. Nonetheless refs have always been in favours of the big teams, which is bad in itself

Awful customer service @SkyUK & @WeAreOpenreach. Clearly don’t speak to each other & enjoy letting your customers down. We’re unable to video call family for 7+ weeks now + unable to work putting our jobs in jeopardy. No help after 4 hours of phone calls and constant tweets!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I was annoyed there was a mess up with my contract but now that your patronising call handler has told me to calm down I am livid! Never in the history of women who are receiving inadequate customer service has telling a woman to calm down resolved the situation.
