    @SkyHelpTeam @SimonBrundish Send Simon an actual broadband engineer. You sent numerous "engineers" to my home to fix who couldn't. The broadband engineer discovered my router was installed by your engineers to an extension line.

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have done all the online checks. I have also tried a new filter and purple ended lead and another sky+hd router but the internet light will not come on. I don’t think it’s an issue in my house?

    Fuming! @SkyHelpTeam Can't add free @paramountplus free because you have created 2 Sky ID's with my old and new addresses intertwined. 19 Years Platinum Customer, all services, SkyQ + 4Boxes - but you can't separate ID's and can't get P+ as a result!

    This is the 12th day without internet and this is Greater London. Though @SkyUK has just started giving us updates, the problem is not yet fixed. @OpenreachHelp asks me to contact Sky and unfortunately Sky is clueless. I work from home and I desperately need internet. Pls fix it

    @EverythingBoxi2 I’ve not moved point. You’re using showcase numbers which dont even require a SkySports subscription as a metric to measure his drawing power. He’s flopped every time on PPV & had to go to Wales to fight Williams. Benn has never done PPV. This fight should be part of subscription
