Hence the report to ICO. Directing people to call screening services and Action Fraud may stop the calls, but don’t deal with any possible underlying breach.

On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently
