@SkyHelpTeam @SimonBrundish Send Simon an actual broadband engineer. You sent numerous "engineers" to my home to fix who couldn't. The broadband engineer discovered my router was installed by your engineers to an extension line.

@SkyHelpTeam ....and you continue to ignore the issue surrounding the potential customer data breach which is separate to the call. Hence the report to ICO. Directing people to call screening services and Action Fraud may stop the calls, but don’t deal with any possible underlying breach.

@SkyHelpTeam just moved over to mobile and I don't know if have an issue but can see stood still with 4g signal but just get the spinning circle. Had this yesterday in Sheffield and today in a few different places (train journey)
