    @SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

    @OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

    Signed up with @SkyUK almost 2months ago & still no TV or box.. I have had my delivery ‘re-arranged’ twice now & AGAIN today I’ve been told I now have to wait until 8th October because the engineer has been overbooked.. What a pile of complete & utter shit.. cheers sky 👍🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you not have a live chat? Have technical issues, been through all the online help and round in circles doing all the actions suggested which doesn't help. I usually use live chat as I am deaf and do not use the phone. I am sure you used to do this?

    @SkyHelpTeam I had an engineer out yesterday to replace my SkyQ box and he was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, great service and a credit to Sky, saved me £8 a month too by switching my Netflix billing 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam I can't test the line, as your poor services keep cutting off, and when it does work for 100 seconds or so, it is so slow! This is a problem on your end, as several customers (and ex-customers) had the same issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why can you only get through to sky if your an existing customer? My new phone has been ordered and all you get is an automated message and then cut off the phone call! Not very good customer service for new customers, especially with the price that’s being paid! 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky engineer was here yesterday, confirmed a fault with the card at the cabinet, and that OpenReach need to fix it. But I’ve no idea what the status is now and I work from home so this is causing a lot of stress.
