@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.

@VirginMediaCorp your call centres are a joke and your internet service is worse. Soon as I finally get through to the cancellations team I am ringing @SkyUK...But at this rate I might not get through until next Thursday

@ShaunGibson19 @Leena21S @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Cancelling ours was one of the best things we’ve done. We get the sports app for £10.99 a month and never really watched anything else on Sky anyway.
