    @SkyUK can come take their box and their contract back thank U, our house looks like a piece of **** with white cables all over the inside and outside and a satellite dish that’s plonked in the middle of the outside wall.....too lazy to get on his ladder to go to the top clearly

    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s literally just gone down again. If someone doesn’t get in touch with a proper resolution we’re complaining and cancelling. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of atrocious service and poor customer service support.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    @SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’re not trying to connect to sky Q? We’re trying to watch 3 devices concurrently on Sky go, but it’s not allowing it, despite having sky go extra as part of the contract. None of the 3 devices are on the same WiFi network as the sky Q box

    @SkyHelpTeam It takes me to the page to say get started or sign in. I sign in and then scroll to add on extra to the package but it only gives me the kids package or Netflix as an option to add.
