    @SkyHelpTeam They found me a good offer brought my bill down from £92 to £74 come April all prices going up my bills at £99 so it’s more than what I was paying. I can’t afford to pay that hence why they added offers but then upped prices.emailed ombudsman been promised call backs not happened

    @SkyHelpTeam Having trouble with my upstairs Sky box. Sounds coming on but screen is black. Nothing wrong with telly as I can get on Freeview and Netflix etc directly on the TV so it's definitely the Sky box. Any ideas?
