@SkyUK @skytv why do I pay nearly £100 per month (including tv, broadband and phone line) for a disrupted, distorted signal to my televisions which make watching my favourite programmes implausible?? I’ve done your suggestions and it’s made my signal worse.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s literally just gone down again. If someone doesn’t get in touch with a proper resolution we’re complaining and cancelling. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of atrocious service and poor customer service support.

Nothing but absolutely shocking customer service from @SkyHelpTeam . The majority of the time it’s been call after call to India and they do nothing! Finally get to speak to some in the Uk Sky mobile team and they are just rude and obnoxious. Sky mobile complaint now 3 weeks!
