    Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

    @SkyHelpTeam hi guys, our sky q box is not working properly! +1 channels just get blue screen. Some other channels too.. some recordings dont have any sound. Youtube app via sky q doesnt have any sound! Please help before i throw it and the contract out the window!

    @SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

    @PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    @SkyHelpTeam The steps dont fix the issue. Weve contacted the bb team this morning and they advised we should be good very soon. However like I said were both key workers working for the NHS and have no broadband... we need this resolved asap

    @SkyHelpTeam Won’t work at least 3 times a week have to switch off, record works when it likes and if change channel starts from that point, upstairs box record viewing buffers, breaks up is terrible, every time watch a recorded program goes to sky intro, UHD keeps failing during matches

    @SkyHelpTeam You have come out today to fit our sky dish. To be told that the ladder is not long enough, we made it very clear that we live in a town house. This would not be a problem if you could set up the dish at a reasonable time. But we have been told that you can’t come1/2
