    @SkyHelpTeam It’s literally just gone down again. If someone doesn’t get in touch with a proper resolution we’re complaining and cancelling. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of atrocious service and poor customer service support.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hurrah - one hour & fifty minutes and someone answers but it’s the ‘mobile’ department so I’m now at the back of the queue and told you close @ 9pm How do I terminate my contract as this is pathetic & told to call bank @ 8:30am!! Honestly the way you treat customers is shocking

    @SkyHelpTeam I was trying to cancel Sky as your engineers came to fix a problem and then made it worse. No automated message just left waiting for two and half hours then told it’s my fault for waiting rather than your poor service. 21 years I’ve been with you and then treated like this.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey Team, we moved over to fibre broadband recently and the connection is terrible, the WiFi drops a lot !! We moved over because we thought our original package wasn’t working for us but feel fibre is worse ! Please can you investigate ? Thanks
