@SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s literally just gone down again. If someone doesn’t get in touch with a proper resolution we’re complaining and cancelling. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of atrocious service and poor customer service support.

@SkyUK @skytv why do I pay nearly £100 per month (including tv, broadband and phone line) for a disrupted, distorted signal to my televisions which make watching my favourite programmes implausible?? I’ve done your suggestions and it’s made my signal worse.

@SkyHelpTeam Yeah I have tried the help and the app where it tests the connection but despite it saying its working I can assure you it's not working properly. Shouldn't have to turn WiFi off just to use the Internet on my phone. Pointless paying for WiFi if we have to keep turning it off.
