    @SkyUK are there if you want to purchase something but if you have a problem with what you have bought you are on your own......no help available at all. Would not recommend.

    @PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

    Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    @SkyHelpTeam So we’ve already done this, and when we called the last two times we were told the exact same steps that we were shown online (all on the link in your last tweet. Is there seriously nothing you can do except for letting us cancel?? Completely fed up.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I can watch live tv through sky go. Problems started when the recordings button was still there but did no longer find sky box although I could watch live tv. Deleted, downloaded again and button is gone.

    @SkyUK I have been with Sky for over 15 years never missed a payment. Just lost my beloved husband cannot believe how I was treated yesterday. Totally distraught. I am taking this further. You can't treat people like this. Hope you can sleep at night feel misled and conned. Karma

    @billyherring03 @premierleague @SkySports VAR isn’t the problem? How can you say that and keep a straight face, Billy? Southampton’s red card during yesterday’s game is just another example ( in a long line I might add ) of how VAR isn’t used correctly.

    @SkyHelpTeam So we have the boxing and are able to watch it. But when we go to the recording, it's not working properly, won't let us rewind/fast forward etc. I've tried your FAQs and Live Chat which is a disgrace. So need further help pls?
