Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

@SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

The current line up is an embarrassment to broadcast, some of them can just about speak, still, the PC police are happy. Trouble is, Stelling is NOT.
