    @PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

    @SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Sorry, it’s sky mobile I’m enquiring about. The signal is so poor in this area. My phone can show 3G/4G but nothing. All your reception charts show the signal as being decent. Is there a problem here? (WR14 Malvern). Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I could not change channels, so I switched off to restart. Nothing happening only amber light appearing, tried pressing sky button and home button but says no signal.

    @SkyUK Sky the most expensive service, with the worst apps and worst streaming experience. Constant drop in streaming quality or straight up app crashes. Do yourself a favour and avoid all things Sky.
