    @SkyHelpTeam It’s literally just gone down again. If someone doesn’t get in touch with a proper resolution we’re complaining and cancelling. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of atrocious service and poor customer service support.

    Oh yes well done don Goodman @SkySports , u watch the pen decision with 4’or 5’slow motion replays and then give it the usual “went down easy” and injustice like the Lino has cheated! It’s idiots like that who have caused VAR to ruin the premier league . Dreadful @EwoodCalling

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Sorry, it’s sky mobile I’m enquiring about. The signal is so poor in this area. My phone can show 3G/4G but nothing. All your reception charts show the signal as being decent. Is there a problem here? (WR14 Malvern). Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

    @SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp why have I just had my appointment cancelled for tmw with no explanation? I have taken a day off work and cannot get hold of anyone online to establish why it’s been cancelled. Not good customer service!

    @SkyUK are there if you want to purchase something but if you have a problem with what you have bought you are on your own......no help available at all. Would not recommend.

    @SkyHelpTeam Just got Sky Q today, how do you turn off Mini screen? Sky Q has no RF output on box either. The menu system is awful not user friendly either. The sky + system is much better and superior, this is a big step backwards.

    @KrisWhoTweets @SkyHelpTeam Now tv seems to work well for building up the channels you want without the contract issues. Everyone and their dog seems to do broadband these days too.

    @SkyHelpTeam Lol it’s sky fibre. The Broadband is fine.. but the TV service is not the best. Just had 15 minutes where nothing would work and every channel had a “technical fault”
