Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

@SkySports Was going to give 31 days notice anyway to save money, especially as you e-mailed me last month that you were going to be putting up my basic package up from £35.00 to £38.50, will cancel sportsfirst then think about cancelling #sky altogether, especially as I don’t watch much.

@SkyHelpTeam Got an issue with my broadband. Getting full speed to the router and the devices are all hardwired but cannot stream any video whatsoever. I'm buffering youtube at 480p usually can stream 4k no problem. Its almost like the speed is there but the bandwidth isn't.
