    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Smithee_D Umm I’m the one having issues with my broadband, thanks to your “help team” I’ve had to order £45 worth of equipment to ensure I get wifi to do my job from my home. I will 100 percent be leaving and I will not be recommending your service to anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    Very disappointed with @SkyUK. I returned my device using Sky’s own return packaging and instructions, yet I’m still being told there is no refund/update and nobody is taking accountability. I’ve repeatedly chased this issue, complaints have been closed without proper resolution
