    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi guys, our sky q box is not working properly! +1 channels just get blue screen. Some other channels too.. some recordings dont have any sound. Youtube app via sky q doesnt have any sound! Please help before i throw it and the contract out the window!

    @PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, am I able to get some help with my broadband please? I don’t have time to wait on a call for 30+ minutes, but our WiFi goes down several times per day for anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes at a time. No known long lasting problems in the area. Thanks!

    @hblades05 @SkyUK I had virgin and had no issues at all but was talked into sky with the cheaper price. Right mistake I’ve made. Can’t wait to get rid of it. They won’t let me come out of my contract until there’s a resolution. I’ve only had it since November and had nothing but bother xx
