    @SkyHelpTeam Hi when using sky/help/diagnostic there is no advise of any line fault. it drops & goes up. There was modem red light. similar to 🙏@JamboAldo I need to use Cisco AnyConnect VPN for WFH access secure servers & MS Teams calls. is it #skybroadband hidden technical limitation?

    @SkyHelpTeam that's the issue, on your own website I can get a *better* deal as a new customer. Retentions told me they wont do it so I'm better speaking to new sales. Equally, Virgin are offering a much lower cost for their top package than you are. You're making it very hard to stay.
