    @SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    @PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

    @SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    There should be a 'total f---up team' at @SkyUK to resolve when something has gone seriously wrong. Instead it's almost a daily call to fix the latest screwup. The problem is compounded every time. This time the price error was fixed BUT they've extended the term!

    @SkyUK Trying to get connectivity off an existing service. Call center agent Brandon Naido doesn't listen, only reads a script. Nobody available to escalate too. No managers available. So frustrating! Can someone please just help us... Its not rocket science.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have to say that Sky Glass is by far the WORST idea for a tv. Had mine since launch, when it works it’s okay, but constantly disconnects from the internet, runs out of sync and rarely loads apps. Should of stuck with Q @SkyUK #skyglass

    @Totonjohnno @Maky_brown @SkySports How does me finding winning a trophy for a playoff win - generally meaning you’re the 3rd best team in the league - odd when 2nd get nothing, against those winning a title in a poor SPL having a parade? Also, I support Hibs and we’re pretty shite so no chance of any parades soon
