    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed bet 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

    Bum. Decided to try going back to just using my @SkyUK broadband router and found they still don't support setting any 3rd party DNS server. Grr, another hack needed to use opendns! I really don't like it when companies remove facilities without good cause!
