    @PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    @SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

    @SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    @SkyHelpTeam 37Mbps yes, the down speed isn't the issue. 0.79Mbps up speed is the issue. 7 devices but they're mostly smart plugs and it was the same with 1 device connected.

    @Yuli_MUFC To be fair the same info was on multiple media, including SkySports. Which seems very suspicious. If qoutes are accurate, since I don't speak dutch, then club and ETH are contradicting, which just proves how bad things are behind the scene and I would be worried for the season.

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to download last nights Good Doctor and Law and Order Organised Crime on Sky Witness but only gives option up to last weeks episodes or record.Have Sky+.Have done Planner Rebuild but has not helped.Seems to be an ongoing issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Ellie, yes it does - I ran this last night and it has detected a problem and booked an engineer visit for me. It just seemed very odd that a few days after my minimum contract expired, the speed reduced to those comparable with the "superfast 35"!
