    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    @SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

    @PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    @SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

    @SkyHelpTeam I doubt that will help, since my original question (Is there an issue with sky broadband in the south London area?) has not even been answered, and it appears assumed by Sky that the issue is at our end rather than a Sky issue...

    @SkySportsNFL @SkySports @neilreynoldsnfl I’d rather you didn’t show their games live then to be honest, majority of fans in the UK hate it anyway due to the awful coverage on sky.. we’d much rather watch it on game pass but can’t due to the ridiculous blackout rule, just look at the hundreds of complaints online

    @richardaburns @SkyHelpTeam Beware- if you do get broadband you will have to rely on the router being posted to you to set up yourself. In my experience, these routers never actually turn up and you are left without internet and unable to work from home.
