    @SkyHelpTeam hi guys, our sky q box is not working properly! +1 channels just get blue screen. Some other channels too.. some recordings dont have any sound. Youtube app via sky q doesnt have any sound! Please help before i throw it and the contract out the window!

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    @SkyUK Do NOT buy this unless you enjoy wasting your time with sky tech support who don’t give a toss! I’ve had mine since October & it’s the worst thing I’ve ever bought! You lose channels, it disconnects from the internet for 0 reason, the pucks should be called pukes, avoid avoid!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky is a complete joke put my package up from 89 to 111 a month...oh how I wish I could get Virgin...I'm so close to cancelling after 13 years as a loyal customer...was going to put it up to 146 a month...greed is all I can say..looking at now TV & vodaphone internet

    @SkyHelpTeam please help. I've updated the sky store app on my 2 smart TV, and now it's saying they are new devices and won't let me play films on them. I've literally rented a film earlier today and now stuck watching on my phone. I can't make any device changes until March.

    @Joell87742720 @Pete121Evans @SkyUK If you read what I wrote, I said AND a sound bar with Dolby Atmos, so thanks for proving my point. Also, your TV is mid range with a Poor OS, lack of apps. The Bravia colour engine is OK but would rather have a Samsung Neo or LG etc..

    @daisyflower1981 @SkyUK The Puck to me is kind of like an amazon firecube or apple tv device and could of been one the better devices that was an all in one package with every service available. I personally feel they had an opportunity to open up to alot more people as not everyone wants their TV.
