@SkyUK @skytv why do I pay nearly £100 per month (including tv, broadband and phone line) for a disrupted, distorted signal to my televisions which make watching my favourite programmes implausible?? I’ve done your suggestions and it’s made my signal worse.

@SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s literally just gone down again. If someone doesn’t get in touch with a proper resolution we’re complaining and cancelling. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of atrocious service and poor customer service support.

@SkyHelpTeam The outage has been since Wednesday night! 5 days of outage, you only know there's an issue because I'm telling you, that's my problem. The other providers organised openreach to come now, so I don't need your support on that anymore. I'll get updates from my neighbour instead.
