@SkyHelpTeam So we’ve already done this, and when we called the last two times we were told the exact same steps that we were shown online (all on the link in your last tweet. Is there seriously nothing you can do except for letting us cancel?? Completely fed up.

@PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

@SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

What difference the Fulham disallowed goal & the penalty not given for hitting Kantes hand? VAR has diminished the enjoyment for the fan.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, can i get help i am supposed to be having a 70 Mbps internet and guarantee signal on every room. But it seems that is not right, i even used a wifi booster / extender and still doesn’t help. My download is 1.91 Mbps.
