    @SkySports Leeds managed it! Elsewhere in the world players/clubs have managed it... PFA seem to be saying that players are only taking full pay to help the govt and NHS. Laughable.

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

    @SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

    I've been listening to silence for about 10 minutes now as part of a 52 minute call to @SkyUK to get the broadband and TV deal advertised as "new and existing" customers. This would be shoddy any time, but one day before end of contract it's careless and extremely rude.

    @SkyHelpTeam Internet has been on and off for a week and today went down for an hour. After calling I was told that it would be off for 2 days but is back up. Very confused by this and also that I wasn't informed of a "Planned outage".
