@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

@SkyUK #SkyStore are a joke, pre-ordered A Quiet Place 2 from them on Blu Ray, its supposed to be dispatch within 7 days of release, it was released 2 weeks ago and it still says pending. I have asked them to cancel so i can buy from HMV but they’ll inly refund £4 of my £17.99….

@SkyHelpTeam you definitely need to upgrade your service We had sky for 5 years, it was awful, and running at 25MB a second. Constantly buffering. We are now at Virgin Media, and at 250MB a second. This is the first time my WiFi bar has ever been full.
