So tomorrow will be 5 weeks without any internet service from @SkyUK they can’t sort the issue out with @OpenreachHelp made numerous phone calls and no one can give me any time scales as to when this will be sorted out… I give up

@OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.

@SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

@SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

I would NEVER recommend @SkyHelpTeam to anyone, they have been an absolute joke! We’ve been without Internet for nearly 4 weeks and no one on the phone wants to help, only to promise for a callback which never happens. Finally, an engineer is booked and it’s the wrong date!🤬

@PrinceOfLurg @ScotlandSky I have to agree! The coverage is to a high level of crap. I cancelled my #Skysports due to the commentary and lack of decent coverage, when comparing to the English games. Alternative viewing is highly recommended

@SkyHelpTeam I have. Engineer has still not bothered calling, but has confirmed that the appointment won’t be met. I have given my 31 days notice to cancel sky tv and broadband and am ordering virgin. 20 years with sky down the drain.

@SkySports That was a terrible run chase feels like there was no urgency in some of the batting captain should have come in higher up and perhaps they might have won. To loose to a low total is unacceptable
