I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.
