    @SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, as well as reduce the amount of devices on the network. Honestly going round in circles.

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

    It appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.

    @SkyHelpTeam So we’ve already done this, and when we called the last two times we were told the exact same steps that we were shown online (all on the link in your last tweet. Is there seriously nothing you can do except for letting us cancel?? Completely fed up.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

    What a surprise, my Sky broadband is down AGAIN. Twice a day at least for the past four months and every time I check @SkyHelpTeam there’s “no problems in my area”… I work from home so not ideal and the account holder is a carer for 2 people so doesn’t really have time to call

    And the fact if it's internal got to pay 75. Bad enough gotta pay up to 30 a month for it to crash. And peoples still got issues after new routers. Etc. Plusnet is a aldi version of a shop. Cheap! Need to go over to @bt_uk Or @SkyUK
