Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

Is there seriously nothing you can do except for letting us cancel?? Completely fed up.

I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

Your website stating no issues in area but when trying to run tests it says there’s an outage and won’t let me progress further and closes page and goes back to saying no known issues. Bolsover in Derbyshire is there any issues???
