@SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

@SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

@SkyHelpTeam And there’s the problem. If I want to watch what @discoveryplus advertise, I need to pay extra. Sky don’t tell customers this when this is offered to loyal customers. Eurosport channels don’t offer what they used to on TV either - moved to a paid-for app.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam completed all steps your diagnostic tool wont test my internet as it is so poor rendering you incapable of providing a service to me. This is against ofcom rules for how you need to provide a service. I want to cancel; can you expedite that?
