    @SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, it has now been 24 hours since the outage in Medway. Mobile data has been slammed due to having to tether my laptop to my phone to be able to work. This is wholly unacceptable.

    @SkyHelpTeam We have daily connectivity problems. We've had engineers out, spent time on the phone and on forums. As a result no one in the house is watching tv via sky now so it's not worth the mthly fee anymore

    @OpenreachHelp I have the updates... but I want @Openreach to actually come and do the work. Every time I get an update that work is scheduled it still never actually happens... then I get the same update 2 weeks later, again and again. Every couple of weeks since Oct. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam If it actually worked and an engineer arrived when they were supposed to it would help! 3 days no internet how are we meant to be avoiding unnecessary travel / interaction when the broadband we pay for can’t be provided!
