    @SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

    @SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

    @sldf26 @SkyUK I’ve spoken to a friend who lives 3 miles away and he has no issues. It’s bloody annoying, especially when you’re paying £100+ a month

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura... this seems like a standard answer. You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, there has been all day. The app says it should be a few hours to fix. So far it’s 13 hours.

    @dalemoon90 @SkySports Just said the same about Carra. It got worst and more Fanzone related when Origi came on and scored. They could always spice it up in the future and have an ex pro from each club Co-commentating along side the commentator, I think that would be received well. But earlier was bias

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Alison,Appreciate if you escalate this internally. Nowhere on the sign up process was I advised,only noticed by chance way down on the bottom of one of the many on-boarding emails. Terrible customer experience. Question still remains why not be transparent in the first place?!

    @SkyHelpTeam constant problems with sky Stream and itvx both catch-up and live TV.. stuttering and glitches. Tried to watch Grace on catch-up and kept crashing back to home when advert skipping.. seems to be a major issue having read your own forums

    @SkyHelpTeam more problems in RM18 area. Since February we’ve been without phone and or broadband on 4 occasions, upto a 10days at a time. Already had an engineer visit and countless time on the phone with support. Now can’t even get in touch. What am I paying for again???
