Biggest turn off for me after watching the Blues victory today was the presenter! Wtf was that? I’d even go as far as to say @SkySports have lost the plot with Sports presenters and football pundits! Good result though!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s literally just gone down again. If someone doesn’t get in touch with a proper resolution we’re complaining and cancelling. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of atrocious service and poor customer service support.

@SkyHelpTeam I did speak to talk tech. Still no engineer or line. The Netflix stops on 24% constantly and has done since we first got the box. Googling it, it seems a common problem with the mini boxes that sky arnt dealing with.

@SkyHelpTeam I've already spent enough time on the phone with you attempting to fix the various issues with the tv and then broadband orders. Now the order with you has been cancelled and I've gone with BT for broadband there's no need to call again.
