    @Lionbites @virginmedia @SkyUK You’re very picky. We had no broadband service from @virginmedia yesterday morning and no phone yesterday evening. 20 minutes to answer a phone call. I think they’re all challenged for customer service

    We can look at our own club and see the tests for take over clubs is not fit for purpose. We can use #avfc as another example club that nearly went under trying to get back in the prem. 70% of the issue is money from TV never goes to anyone.. #Bury #bolton #wba #skysports

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam problem with sky box reported August and engineer booked for Sept between 12.00 and 17.00. Engineer texts at 17.43 to rearrange stating if I miss appointment or call to cancel or reschedule on the day I will be charged £25!!! Excuse me!!!! 👎customer service

    Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi you persuaded me a month ago to get your new router and take a new contract because it was so reliable and you would know if there was a problem before me. Well tonight it cut out with multiple devices using WiFi at the time. Havent got time to wait on the phone😡
