Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

@SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

@RHopcraft I was originally hopeful for VAR but it is sucking the soul out of football more than Skysports. VAR sucks and is not working in its current form. Get rid or a total rethink is required. Preferably the former.

@SkyUK after over 21 years a diamond customer and prices being unrealistic to renew ive taken the difficult decision to serve notice today. Its a real shame sky cannot look after their loyal customers. Anyone recommend alternative?

@SkyUK you have ruined the SKY TV experience how do you find programmes, you are completely inept! I only wished I could go to Virgin! Changing menus should create a better experience but you have done the opposite CRAP with a massive P! Bring back catchup as it was!
