@McgloneFiona @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly my point - your customers expect some sort of communication - if I was working from home today I would have been totally lost - Sky you need to do better in regards to communicating - we pay for the service so tell us when it’s likely to be up and running

Just had a look at the specs for #SkyGlass. Appears to have no hard drive, so no recording, just streaming and only 3 HDMI ports. That’s an instant “no” from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

@leighbowers @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Honestly 💩 !! This along with every time we have a bad down pour the internet crashes 😑…need some fibre optic to the box in my life !!!! And some semi decent customer service …gotta be better than none at all!!!

@dalemoon90 @SkySports Just said the same about Carra. It got worst and more Fanzone related when Origi came on and scored. They could always spice it up in the future and have an ex pro from each club Co-commentating along side the commentator, I think that would be received well. But earlier was bias

@sam61892307 @SkyUK That’s your problem - it’s not Sky’s property, it’s the property of whoever had it installed. Ownership transfers away from Sky the moment it’s put up - as noted in their contracts. The only way you’re having it removed is to pay somebody to remove it.

How much of that inc. rev has been paid out in debt interest or Glazer dividends? How has the rev. increase helped the club or fans? Go.

@steeleyp_ @SkyUK Not my problem i havent signed a contract with sky and should they have even offered to take it down with me paying i would have agreed but beacuse of their poor customer service people that wasnt even offered to me and im sure it is their responsibility seems as they installed
