They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently
