@SkyHelpTeam Hi, it works fine on my ps4. But on my laptop it is extremely laggy! It will work eventually but I have to come in and out of the app numerous times before I cant watch it without any problems

@SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

@SkyHelpTeam No internet for over a day now. Your website said there was a local issue that was being looked at. Half a day on messenger to support,I’ve been told an engineer need to visit, first available is Friday. Not good enough! I work from home! Very dissatisfied!!!

It appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.

@SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

@SkyHelpTeam I've done that Nathan, so have the sky agents over the phone. Multiple customers in the Huntingdon area are experiencing the same issue. Can you escalate this rather than bouncing it back to us, the customers, to try and resolve it.

@SkyHelpTeam Worked fine for years until the fibre switch, so I don't think your repair tools will help, I've just rigged a timer on the plug to kill the power and reboot it every hour, I guess that'll have to do so I can remain working from home successfully

@leathergregory Agreed. Don’t know why VAR didn’t get involved. It clearly comes off a neatly-placed pensioner’s Wurther’s Original wrapper if you watch it back in slow-mo and SkySports do a still with a green screen made by Gabby Agbonlahor after 7 pints of Baileys.
