@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

@SkySports you’ve had all week to go over the course, the contenders and the build up. Stop cutting away from the golf to show us stuff we don’t want to see. If I tune one to sky sports golf, it’s because I want to watch golf, not someone I don’t give a damn talk about it!!

@ChefWayner @SkyHelpTeam Get a grip Wayne, no one has specifically lied. It wouldn’t show as an outage if Openreach weren’t aware of it would it you melon. It’s domestic broadband so any faults are resolved within the SLA of 2-5 working days

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my Sky Internet went down at midnight. Somehow, my router had factory reset, so I had to re input my passwords. But my 150mb wifi is currently 10mb around the house. So, no minis are working. Im not the only one in my area, Caerphilly.
