@SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

@SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

@SkyHelpTeam Ordered my Sky TV and broadband on 23/10 & never rec'd broadband installation, due on 3/11. It's an @OpenreachHelp issue but it's now the 7th week! Not able to work from home as per Covid, not able to use home heating system, plus not able to use Sky facilities!

@SkySports There needs to be a tolerance, the goals they are disallowing for being millimetres offside are not clear and obvious errors, if the linesman flags and it proves he is off then fair enough - correct call, but it flag stays down and he is off, then goal should stand
