    @SkyHelpTeam No internet for over a day now. Your website said there was a local issue that was being looked at. Half a day on messenger to support,I’ve been told an engineer need to visit, first available is Friday. Not good enough! I work from home! Very dissatisfied!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, it works fine on my ps4. But on my laptop it is extremely laggy! It will work eventually but I have to come in and out of the app numerous times before I cant watch it without any problems

    It appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.

    I don’t understand how a company as big as sky @SkyHelpTeam think it’s acceptable to make customers wait 7 days for an engineer to come out and leave them without service for that many days.

    @SkyHelpTeam how long will it take for the QS013 firmware for Stream to be rolled out? I'm one of those who suffer issues on Sky Sports UHD etc. and paying £6pm for UHD when it's broken seems wrong and would like to be cancel (still in my cooling off period) if it doesnt fix it.

    @GortonDarren @SkyHelpTeam Just after an update really as to whether an engineer is onsite and working on the problem. Will this be fixed before the weekend? Be good to get an idea of what’s going on rather than running the test and being told there’s an outage in my are. I already know this.

    @SkyHelpTeam OK yes I have that version the problem I've got is if it isn't fixed before my cooling off period ends I'm then locked into an 18 month contract so I either cancel and lose the deal I took out or wait & risk being locked into the contract with a broken product.
