I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently
