    @OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.

    @SkyHelpTeam Two issues - sky glass order was due to come today, email to advise that it won’t. No update as to why or when it will be coming. Second issue- you made me sign up to Netflix as part of the order, but I’ve been given no details of how to log in or use the service.

    @SkyUK broadband has been down for over three hours. No customer contact numbers exist anywhere and the broadband tests don't work. Plus, you seem to think the network's fine but every other site says it's down. Kindly assist before we cancel and go elsewhere.

    @SkyHelpTeam No they cannot. For a month and a half over many calls/emails, it's been mostly about how sorry they are. A simple search shows many subscribers have had this problem so should be technically easy to solve. But you are an inefficient company and nobody takes responsibility.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've finally managed to find a customer services number and it's an external fault in the area, engineers coming to fix. Annoyingly, lead time is 2 days with no Internet. No idea why I can run network traces myself to see it's a hardware fault by Sky can't manage to notice...
