    @SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam problem with sky box reported August and engineer booked for Sept between 12.00 and 17.00. Engineer texts at 17.43 to rearrange stating if I miss appointment or call to cancel or reschedule on the day I will be charged £25!!! Excuse me!!!! 👎customer service

    Signed up with @SkyUK almost 2months ago & still no TV or box.. I have had my delivery ‘re-arranged’ twice now & AGAIN today I’ve been told I now have to wait until 8th October because the engineer has been overbooked.. What a pile of complete & utter shit.. cheers sky 👍🏼

    @SkyHelpTeam we moved house three weeks ago&still without internet after many problems. It’s supposed to be being dealt with but looks like we won’t have internet by Xmas which in the middle of a pandemic where we can’t see family is difficult. I’m really disappointed with Sky.

    So this is ****. Home phone line down. Our TV is through Amazon fire. Mobile coverage in corner of one bedroom only. So no internet, no TV, no phone calls, no Zoom or Skype. And a wife and 4yo at home for Christmas in lockdown. And @SkyUK can't send an engineer until Dec 27.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but that was the first available engineer. I was genuinely surprised a network error can persist for more than a week in this day and age. It's already cost me one day of work. When looking at ISPs *in the 90s*, suppliers would guarantee an engineer within hours.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been there.Done that.Had engineer out. google will show many people with the same issue. It is every time it gets to adverts it stops download - something to do with how it downloads adverts differently. BBC is fine. And we have told you this. How do we get someone to fix it??
