Hence the report to ICO. Directing people to call screening services and Action Fraud may stop the calls, but don’t deal with any possible underlying breach.

Your website stating no issues in area but when trying to run tests it says there’s an outage and won’t let me progress further and closes page and goes back to saying no known issues.
