@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have done all the online checks. I have also tried a new filter and purple ended lead and another sky+hd router but the internet light will not come on. I don’t think it’s an issue in my house?

@GillianLazarus My concern extends beyond social media companies to ISPs as well. ISPs block access to sites like @arnoldroth 's. I challenged my parents' ISP @SkyHelpTeam to explain why we were blocked access to thisongoingwar.blogspot by their 'Sky Shield' service & to unblock it. No reply yet

@SkyUK If you lose internet can you use a iPad as a hotspot. As if you use sky go on a sky mobile account you get unlimited data. This could help if your home network goes down
