    @SkyHelpTeam ....and you continue to ignore the issue surrounding the potential customer data breach which is separate to the call. Hence the report to ICO. Directing people to call screening services and Action Fraud may stop the calls, but don’t deal with any possible underlying breach.

    @SkyHelpTeam customer services are most patronising and unhelpful people on the planet. When @RoyalMailHelp screw up, and I have to fix everything when it’s down to Sky and Royal Mail to fix, a little degree of common sense and flexibility appreciated!

    @SkyHelpTeam @SimonBrundish Send Simon an actual broadband engineer. You sent numerous "engineers" to my home to fix who couldn't. The broadband engineer discovered my router was installed by your engineers to an extension line.

    @SkyHelpTeam looks like @RoyalMailHelp are lying about delivering my new SkyQ box.....they say delivered, but I’ve been in all day, and no delivery....and no card. Can’t afford to wait 20 mins on hold for Royal Mail Customer Services to make theft complaint....

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for responding guys! 10 day turn around for @RoyalMailHelp to respond....installation on Saturday! To be frank, don’t see why I have to do the leg work on resolving this, I’m only a customer after all.

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t you think I haven’t already tried this process, once, twice, many times......over the past 4 days when your service failed numerous times? This morning I got broadband back for 4 minutes, yes....FOUR then off again Now it’s finally back for 1hr but how long will it remain?

    @SkyUK your q system is a joke, 2 x engineer visits, new main box, new router, new minibox, 6 months of worsening problems yet you still gladly take over £100 a month from my bank account....whats that i hear? oh its BT and Virgin calling, 20 years of custom is nearing its end

    @SkyHelpTeam please can somebody urgently help with my broadband? I’m WFH and it’s gone down. The connection test told me there was an ‘ongoing issue’ and I needed to call the helpline. Tried that, and despite it being 8:50am, it said your office was closed & opened at 7am.
