    We can look at our own club and see the tests for take over clubs is not fit for purpose. We can use #avfc as another example club that nearly went under trying to get back in the prem. 70% of the issue is money from TV never goes to anyone.. #Bury #bolton #wba #skysports

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam problem with sky box reported August and engineer booked for Sept between 12.00 and 17.00. Engineer texts at 17.43 to rearrange stating if I miss appointment or call to cancel or reschedule on the day I will be charged £25!!! Excuse me!!!! 👎customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you for the replies. The Sky Engineer is coming tomorrow to fit the new box so fingers crossed we dont get any more issues. The Sky Q touter really does need to be ugraded to allow for other mesh systems rather than the primarily the SKy Q mesh system. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam As I have just said, my box appears to be the one that doesn’t support UHD. It is impossible to get through to anyone on the telephone who I can discuss my subscription with. I was supposed to have a new contract started and this hasn’t happened either.

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t have the UHD because I don’t have the right box. I was then transferred to another team, which is now closed, so the issue with my account remains unresolved. My “new” HD contract was never enforced, yet I have paid TWO admin fees for it and I’m still no better off!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I've been through the tests yeah, and it said there was a line problem first of all before running more intrusive test. Nothing was resolved after though, it still sits at downstream 13094, but should be triple that
