@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have done all the online checks. I have also tried a new filter and purple ended lead and another sky+hd router but the internet light will not come on. I don’t think it’s an issue in my house?

It won’t be a Sky or Openreach data centre problem or 1000s of your customers would be affected. So, Rachael’s issue should be easy to locate and fix.
