    @SkyHelpTeam speaks endless amounts of bullshit, I just rang them for them to tell me I will never need an upload speed higher than 1.2 Mbps. I cannot stream, I cannot upload videos. I cannot ******* do anything! 😤😤😤

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

    Signed up with @SkyUK almost 2months ago & still no TV or box.. I have had my delivery ‘re-arranged’ twice now & AGAIN today I’ve been told I now have to wait until 8th October because the engineer has been overbooked.. What a pile of complete & utter shit.. cheers sky 👍🏼

    @OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

    Waited 8 weeks for virgin to install internet to our new build after moving. Engineer came and couldn’t do the works. Waited another 6 weeks and the engineer hasn’t turned up!!! Great customer service @virginmedia after years of custom 🙄 better phone @SkyUK 👍🏼

    Someone just tried to scam my Mum calling from @SkyHelpTeam (when we have @bt_uk) saying there was faults on our line + trying to get info. She passed it to me, I clocked on + asked them to prove themselves...they told me to "**** off ************". Happy Friday I guess 😐

    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to log a complaint. I am appreciate they haven't updated you . The problem I have is why someone seems to think it's ok for them to be leaving it this long with no update. Please can this be escalated? Who manages the relationship with open reach?
