@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have done all the online checks. I have also tried a new filter and purple ended lead and another sky+hd router but the internet light will not come on. I don’t think it’s an issue in my house?

@SkySports Absolutely ridiculous decision. WBA were actually doing good in the game. One stupid decision absolutely ruined the game. Can't fully blame VAR here, poor decision by the on-field referee.

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

@SkyHelpTeam Engineer has been this morning and there is a fault outside - currently awaiting a cherry picker to go up the pole and fix it! Fingers crossed that fixes the issue or WFH tomorrow will be a bit difficult!

@SkyUK £28 for "broadband" which works depending on weather, or £30 for fibre to house with 10x speed and 0 interruptions from something like fibre heroes. Hard choice 👌 might invest in infrastructure instead of adds and costumer service?
