    @OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam ....and you continue to ignore the issue surrounding the potential customer data breach which is separate to the call. Hence the report to ICO. Directing people to call screening services and Action Fraud may stop the calls, but don’t deal with any possible underlying breach.

    @VirginMediaCorp your call centres are a joke and your internet service is worse. Soon as I finally get through to the cancellations team I am ringing @SkyUK...But at this rate I might not get through until next Thursday

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q random channels have picture issues, choppy and breaking up. Ch4 fur example is unwatchable. Yet ch4+1 is ok. Others on here are reporting the same issues. It’s been like it for nearly two weeks now.
