@OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

@SkyHelpTeam The HD channel worked fine, but picking UHD I got the message that lots of other people are getting. Tried rebooting the q box, didn't fix the issue.F1 channel was fine in 4k. I'm out at the moment, so can't check if it's working, but looking on here, it doesn't seem to be.
