Signed up with @SkyUK almost 2months ago & still no TV or box.. I have had my delivery ‘re-arranged’ twice now & AGAIN today I’ve been told I now have to wait until 8th October because the engineer has been overbooked.. What a pile of complete & utter shit.. cheers sky 👍🏼

@SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

@SkyUK mobile do not offer PAYG. They are the smallest network participating, and are offering 100GB data to be added to piggybank (can be rolled over and used in increments of 1GB over 3 years). 1800 redemptions maximum, bigger than Tesco and Virgin! Same total data as them too.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky offer me Ultrafast Broadband upgrade in my account but when I speak to advisor I can’t get it as there is no capacity in the box provided by @WeAreOpenreach . I go back into my Sky Account the Ultrafast option has strangely disappeared. Poor customer service!
