    @OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey! Yeah I know, seamless! Well, if there's nothing else for them to do, re the phone etc I guess I can cancel, as everything seems to already be in place. The only thing, is do they provide a new number etc? As I've not had that yet, it's just the TV that is working :)
