@OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

@SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

@SkyHelpTeam If you mean on the paramount plus sign in we assumed you use your sky ID? It’s just saying invalid or incorrect. I’ve signed into sky to double check I have my details correct and that’s working. I then tried creating a new account on paramount but it sent me to payment options

@fa_mikeh @jkriggins @SkyUK It's not saying that at all. It is saying other devices on the network (whether that be Sky or other) such as printers, other mobiles or laptops, are able to see that the iPhone exists. This is something that is needed for these devices to talk to one another...
