@SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

@SkyUK waited in 5 hours for BT Openreach engineer visit only to receive a text at 5:11 to say the “appointment has been missed” whatever that means. Unacceptable service for almost £160 per month. Virgin here we come!

@RHopcraft I was originally hopeful for VAR but it is sucking the soul out of football more than Skysports. VAR sucks and is not working in its current form. Get rid or a total rethink is required. Preferably the former.

Since the WiFi nerds are out in force, what’s happening that my router shits itself every night around the same time? Plugged into the main socket but just every evening it cuts out between 9.15 and 10.15 without fail. It happened on BT and is happening on @SkyHelpTeam
