@okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

Hi @VodafoneUK my @SkyUK Broadband has gone down and like many people i am having to work from home. I have back to back online meetings today, fancy doing me a favour and giving me unlimited data for the day so i can hotspot my laptop from my phone! Pretty please! 🥺

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

@SkyHelpTeam The issue yesterday (saying resolved) about not being able to connect to a stream on SkyGo is still going on - neither my laptop nor tablet can connect to a stream (live or pre-recorded). My internet is fine (eg iPlayer will stream)

@SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

Anyone thinking of getting @SkyUK don’t bother. My mum has it fitted Thursday now they have no tv no phone no internet & no chance of anyone looking at it till Tuesday so she’s been left for 5 days with only the 4 walls to look at . Absolutely shocking service .

@gog_bell @SkySports I'm not disputing that for a neutral watching them play it might be entertaining.
