@SkyHelpTeam Your website still says ‘couple of hours’ A more accurate time frame is needed for people to plan their lives. Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?

@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyHelpTeam had today until midnight confirmed as my “ultrafast” broadband connection date, had no service, just checked and the date has been moved to 4weeks time... now I have to hold for 1hr to find out what on earth has happened. Not good service as always..

@ademwaterman @SkyUK Wtf? @SkyHelpTeam are terrible. Had a problem once (their fault) then tried to charge me an admin fee to fix it. When I complained they said the admin fees pay the staff their wages.

@SkyHelpTeam Netflix comes up with an error Disney + comes up with authentication error Prime video does nothing , we have refreshed the apps and that didn't help. We have also reset the sky box and the router and that hasn't helped. It seems to have got worse since the software update
