@SkyHelpTeam third time in the few short weeks weve had sky Q that weve lost signal. Twice before it just restarted after a couple of days off. Engineer booked for 23rd January where as far as im concerned he can take the lot away as unsuitable for purpose. Totally cheesed off

@SkyHelpTeam No internet for over a day now. Your website said there was a local issue that was being looked at. Half a day on messenger to support,I’ve been told an engineer need to visit, first available is Friday. Not good enough! I work from home! Very dissatisfied!!!

@SkyUK @montyefc82 We spent an average of 50 minutes to an hour on the line waiting to speak with the customer service and when we got them they tell us that tomorrow it will be resolved. I've been listening to this for two weeks.
