    @Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

    @SkyUK My Sky Glass is always freezing, or 'technical faults' when turn on. Use full fibre 900 mbps TOOB broadband, but TV limited to 100 mbps max. Connected by Ethernet, and wi fi furned off Froze completely once, and had to turn off at the mains for 2 hours. Glitching daily issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam my mum is not happy with your service. In November, she asked if someone could go and fix her old Sky box. She was told that the old boxes couldn't be fixed, and she would have to upgrade to a Sky Q box. When the engineer arrived, he also had a mini box,
