    @SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

    When your broadband is forever dropping out resulting in engineer visits, then @SkyUK email you telling you they’re upping the cost. Absolute joke increasing the cost with no extra service provided!!

    @SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

    @SkyHelpTeam No internet, a new mast was put outside my house yesterday now my internet is down. The WiFi and power lights are on but no internet.

    @GuyBradley @OfficialTM_3 They’re ruining football. Over £1 Billion spent in 5 yrs and can’t fill 1/4 of Wembley. Where does it stop?
