@SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

@SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

@SkyHelpTeam - was meant to have a house move install today that I booked weeks ago. Was told that due to a technical issue in your own booking system the engineer not turn up and now have to wait till 11th Jan!! How is this acceptable?!?!?
