    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky internet and broadband not working properly where I live in Birmingham. Have tried unplugging equipment etc but still slow, cutting out. Need to get online for work!

    Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

    @blackpoolstig @Jamesbmclaren @SkyUK I did call them mate but they directed me to activate it online or via the app. The app didn’t work so had to login to sort it. Cheers for the link too 👍🏻

    @SkySports Leeds managed it! Elsewhere in the world players/clubs have managed it... PFA seem to be saying that players are only taking full pay to help the govt and NHS. Laughable.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried cancelling my sky package several times due to poor service. I was told I would be charged a £60 cancellation fee as I was on an 18 month fixed contract. Yet now my bills have gone up £10 a month? How can you do this
