    @SkyUK appaling service. First due date Nov 14th ' engineer was a no show. Second due date today - again no show engineer. On both occasions numerous calls made and we were told engineer definately on his way. Your service is truly terrible

    Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

    @SkyHelpTeam No internet for over a day now. Your website said there was a local issue that was being looked at. Half a day on messenger to support,I’ve been told an engineer need to visit, first available is Friday. Not good enough! I work from home! Very dissatisfied!!!

    @SkySports I hope Ole listens to this interview. There are too many weak links in the United team. If Fred and Lindelof are key members of the first team, then there is an issue. Quality is very thin within the back up squad members. The last two games have shown the deficiencies clearly.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you let me know who I need to contact regarding my Broadband installation. I received a Text 11/5 advising Openreach have discovered a fault and are working to fix. In 2014 Ofcom issued rules that faults should be repaired in 2 working days. Whats happening?
