    @okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

    Surprised how #skysports are accepting this protest fiasco today about #ManchesterUnited If this was #LFC or any other team, they would completely condemn them.Mancs are the worst fans. Just cause they cant get their way, they throw their dummy out the pram. @Carra23 grow a pair

    @SkyUK @skytv why do I pay nearly £100 per month (including tv, broadband and phone line) for a disrupted, distorted signal to my televisions which make watching my favourite programmes implausible?? I’ve done your suggestions and it’s made my signal worse.

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp why have I just had my appointment cancelled for tmw with no explanation? I have taken a day off work and cannot get hold of anyone online to establish why it’s been cancelled. Not good customer service!

    @virginmedia my wifi is constantly going down, it's happened 4 times today, so frustration. Why do I pay £74 pound a month for this service!? Really thinking of switching to @SkyUK

Aside from the awful quality broadband we get & the lack of use we get from the TV we pay for, my main gripe would be the glib
