@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I would say literally 100’s of times over the last 8 weeks. First because of very slow speeds and over the last few weeks because of being repeatedly disconnected. There’s a guy in the BT box at the top of the road, I guess everyone is having problems and complaining.

@Angriper @virginmedia @SkyUK If I could get Sky here (at least decent speeds) I'd have switched years ago mate. Although, the way things are going, I'd be better off with poor download speed and uptime, rather than super fast speeds and always down.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve ran the tests & it’s been reported. It’s frustrating that the service is either operational and off, I could put up and understand a slowing of broadband speeds but to keep repeatedly loosing connection is not satisfactory given we are supposed to run a business from home.

@SkyHelpTeam my viewing card number has mysteriously changed over night. TV was fine Wednesday night, Thursday morning, free view channels only. Checked online help and found that the card in my box is a different number to the one on my account??
