    So care to explain yourselves @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam as we always pay our sky bills, we shouldn't be need to be cut off like that, what a way to lose your customs if that is how you treat them.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

    @ShaunGibson19 @Leena21S @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Cancelling ours was one of the best things we’ve done. We get the sports app for £10.99 a month and never really watched anything else on Sky anyway.

    @SkySports you’ve had all week to go over the course, the contenders and the build up. Stop cutting away from the golf to show us stuff we don’t want to see. If I tune one to sky sports golf, it’s because I want to watch golf, not someone I don’t give a damn talk about it!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m in Bridlington East Yorkshire and can’t get online or use my phone as sky mobile appears to be down as well - if I click your link I get the outage message but service status then says no issues but looking at the replies here there clearly is, any update?
