    @SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

    It appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

    @SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

    @SkyHelpTeam Great that Sky is aware, but is a fix being worked on? do we have an ETA? Fustrating having to pay £10 a month for a VPN just to make my already paid for Sky sub work fully. Combined with CEC issues and dodgy remotes it hasn't been the best start to my relationship with Sky 😮‍💨

    @SkyHelpTeam Live channels work, but are slow to change or load when connected directly to Three's network, however when doing it via a VPN channels play instantly. So the experience there could also be improved. Most sky box sets won't play this also affects GOLD on demand too.
