    So had a lovely phone call with @SkyUK as i wanted to change my package as the bill is too much only to find out i cant because of outstanding debt on my sky mobile sim which i cancelled so now im stuck paying £150 a month because the cs team wont help thanks!

    @OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, we had an engineer come in to put in our new skybox Q but the signal in the area was poor so she couldn’t install the box. By accident she took our sky viewing card with her in the new box. Help please, thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Fault in our line since December - both work from home. Over 20 calls, still not fixed. Been told ‘2-5 working days’ abt 5 times. Engineer no show 3x. Booking systems broken. Is this a prank? How can you be this bad?!
