    It appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.

    @SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, it works fine on my ps4. But on my laptop it is extremely laggy! It will work eventually but I have to come in and out of the app numerous times before I cant watch it without any problems

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with sky broadband. Router seems to keep power cycling. Stays online for a bit that cycles again. Started yesterday. Online checks show no problem when it’s connected

    @SkyUK when I switched to sky broadband and mobile it all worked really well. Now it is absolutely rubbish. It is so slow and the signal is terrible! What a cheat!😒

    @SkyHelpTeam no Wi-Fi connections are working to access the internet. Windows Network Dianostics states “DNS Server might be unavailable” still able to stream through Sky Q box though. Any ideas??

    @SkyHelpTeam Nothing has changed on the router or mobile but the broadband crashes and is so slow it is as if the speed was there when I first paid and now it's been turned down. The WiFi is meant to show as phone but often stops too

    @SkyUK Hi. An engineer replaced both my #SkyQ boxes yesterday. Today we now have no satellite signal and failed recordings of @SkySportsF1 everything looks ok other than this. Please could you hell ASAP so we don’t miss the #MexicanGP thanks
