    @SkyHelpTeam @MartinSLewis Please, needs to be a better way of handling the requests to pause @SkySports service, maybe just pause the subscriptions. People told to do it by phone, naturally you are short staffed in call centres but you are creating your own backlogs and failing

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

    Why don’t @btsport suspend subscriptions whilst they are not offering a service as @SkySports have done. £38.50 a month for zilch !

    @OpenreachHelp please explain why your team simply isn’t communicating with each other we’ve been with out @SkyHelpTeam broadband now for 10 days! Spending £££ on mobile data, no form of compensation no idea when the internet’s back absolute shambles of a service!! Unbelievable!

    @SkyHelpTeam No the fastest way to sort this **** is for your IT team to fix the glitch! stop getting the customer to do all the work. I pay you £150 per month so it is now up to SKY to provide me with the service I pay for

    @SkySports If masi wanted more racing why not red flag the race when the incident happened?let everyone get back in order, change tyres and have 5 laps of fair racing. If your going to go against the rules at least make it a level playing ground and that would of been a better watch.
