@okeyblokey @SkyHelpTeam links that told me my broadband wasn’t working & how to fix this myself, which I’d tried hundreds of times over the last 12 months. In the past we’d accepted oh so slow internet, but now we’re relying on connectivity to be able to work, I’m guessing an alternative is on the cards

@SkyHelpTeam Just FYI, you’ve lost me as a customer over this. Sky customer service should be held up everywhere as an example of what NOT to do. Customer service is supposed to be about helping customers, not fobbing them off.

@SkyHelpTeam I was involved in a chat but it seems to have disappeared and I needed the numbers I was given for technical help for broadband being terrible and the complaints dept as I wasn’t given the right info and specifically asked that they not renew my contact. But they did anyway.
