@scottwilson1988 @SkyUK You don’t want too right now. We’ve had ours delivered and can’t even sync with our account - so basically still using Sky Q. Sky have said this is a known issue and trying to resolve. Wouldn’t even bother ordering until all the kinks are sorted.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that. The automated system asks what the problem is and so I say talk shield isn’t working - response was you can’t have it as you done have sky talk and sky broadband. I do. And I’ve had talk shield since it started. The only change was this year to fibre BB.
