    So had a lovely phone call with @SkyUK as i wanted to change my package as the bill is too much only to find out i cant because of outstanding debt on my sky mobile sim which i cancelled so now im stuck paying £150 a month because the cs team wont help thanks!

    @SkyHelpTeam There are 3 devices signed in, but they are never all used at the same time, and still shows locked when only one of us opens the app. It's only been since we switched from Sky Q to Sky Glass last week, it all worked fine before that

    @SkyHelpTeam So, on the advert for “Dexter new blood” on sky Atlantic it’s says ( also available in UHD) but when you highlight that programme in the sky glass guide it only shows as “HD” ? I’m paying for this extra service but don’t see that im getting it !
