@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyHelpTeam - 3rd Sky Q box in 2 weeks and still the same problem of the box freezing every 5 or 6 hours when on standby. Won’t record after it’s crashed and mini boxes won’t connect. If you can’t get the service working properly can you let me know when I can cancel?
