@SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

@SkyHelpTeam Excellent good news. In that case @SkyUK 1, @bt_uk 0. But swings and roundabout, we had to cancel parents Sky after 14 years due to the Sky price hike and here we add BB to our Sky TV and leave BT after 7+ years.

@SkyHelpTeam We KNOW it's an outage! What is the matter with you people? 7 days and bugger all information about WHAT is causing the so-called "outage" and WHEN will it be fixed? Other providers are fine. Sky is down. It is NOT an Openreach issue. Fix it!
