@SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura... this seems like a standard answer. You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

A small win. I’ve been in dispute with @SkyHelpTeam for a few months over 3 faulty Sky Glass TV’s (yes THREE!) I’ve had in the last 3yrs. Took my complaint to Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CISAS) and won!! @SkyHelpTeam now faffing around sorting out what to do! 🤨
