  @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

  @SkyUK Disappointed, I had a 24 month contract at £24 a month fixed for two years (agreed in writing) then after 12 months you bumped the cost up to £27, so I complained via email and your response? You said sorry if I feel let down, but no offer to fix the problem. Appalling.
