    @SkyHelpTeam All I get given is the customer service number (03337591018) and then back to square one. Tried all different voice commands on your automated phone service and I’m getting nowhere

    @Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had the broadband installed and have had NO update as to when to expect it. It’s currently no internet connection in the house and no update as to why it’s not being provided. 😡😡😡 I need WiFi for work so this is pretty awful currently

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Absolutely shocked and disappointed in customer service from Stoyan today. Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

Aside from the awful quality broadband we get & the lack of use we get from the TV we pay for, my main gripe would be the glib

    @bt_uk @SkyUK Unbelievably bad experience with Sky this morning and error with BT. BT engineer visited and has accidentally cut us off. No number to call them. And Sky our main provider says unable to escalate have to wait until Saturday for routine visit. Well I work from home!

    @SkyHelpTeam Can I just check there is not additional contract so if I add Netflix, I can have it for the free period of time and then cancel with 31 days notice if I choose to without it affecting my current tv subscription

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet or a phone line since Thursday and was informed it would be fixed by Tuesday, then tomorrow another 3-5 days. Your system says no fault but then I am told there is an outage in the local area. Why can't you keep your customers updated??

    @SkyHelpTeam We renewed our contract with Sky in January and got offered free phone calls evenings and weekends. This has been added to our account, I spoke with sky and somebody changed an element of our account and now with have poor broadband.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes massive issues. Our estate of 48 new build homes is totally offline. Since 15:30 yesterday afternoon. I have had to resort to dragging my 2YO out with me before 6.30am to find internet! As a WFH mum this is not ideal!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am getting DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG errors once a week on my sky q router about once a week for a few weeks now. Is this an issue with my router or a problem on your end?

    @SkyHelpTeam It tells me there is a fault in my area, I have spoken to your team who confirm there is a fault in the area but it is not being repaired clearly and you are not keeping customers updated. The service is dreadful!
