@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

@SkyHelpTeam I won’t lie, I can’t wait for my mobile contract to end, it’s by far the worst network I’ve ever been on and the data plans are terrible, not to mention expensive.

@ILPadrino1994 @SkySports Mate ... was you at the game I was! 5 minutes earlier the same that happened to Kodjia, happened to a Leeds player and Villa put the ball out!! That is the issue not the fact that we didn’t play to the whistle!! 🙄

@mattwebbELC @SkyUK Mate I'm telling ya @SkyUK are useless, their engineer came out to fix my mums neighbours TV, while he was there he knocked my Mums TV out and she's been told she has to wait a week for them to fix what they broke, useless customer service too

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Alison. We do call. We call every single day. Every day we have to re-explain the issue to a different person, who advises they will call us back at a certain time. THEY NEVER CALL BACK, so we repeat step 1. EVERY DAY.
