Biggest turn off for me after watching the Blues victory today was the presenter! Wtf was that? I’d even go as far as to say @SkySports have lost the plot with Sports presenters and football pundits! Good result though!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, I would say literally 100’s of times over the last 8 weeks. First because of very slow speeds and over the last few weeks because of being repeatedly disconnected. There’s a guy in the BT box at the top of the road, I guess everyone is having problems and complaining.

@SkyHelpTeam It came up with “experiencing a technical issue” - couldn’t watch any on demand content, no cinema, box sets etc.. only live programs. I checked the service status page and it confirmed there was an issue in our area. It worked the next night.

@B6Nigel @SkySports Nigel, think it’s all to do with how long it has taken to get back with a couple of near misses. Along with the terrible previous owners that could have killed the club, I’mhappy for them to enjoy the 1st season back where they belong.

.@SkyUK absolutely shocking service. New customer. Failed to turn up on Monday for Broadband - reappointed for today, still didn’t come. Didn’t call to advise. Next date is the 28th!!!! Asked to be put through to disconnections and after 5 more minutes I’ve been cut off! Awful.

@mattwebbELC @SkyUK Mate I'm telling ya @SkyUK are useless, their engineer came out to fix my mums neighbours TV, while he was there he knocked my Mums TV out and she's been told she has to wait a week for them to fix what they broke, useless customer service too

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but it's not a special button on the TV sort of situation. It's a "I need a doctor, crap the phone doesn't work, I'm going to die" situation. Up to 11.5 hour wait is no good, which is why we will be leaving Sky. It's disgraceful that you don't understand a phone is vital.

@SkyHelpTeam On my sky it has at the bottom home TV broadband vip I'm a gold customer and have a sky q package. I use to pay £5 then it was free, unsure if that was for a year then I upgraded to sky q with an extra box.
