    @Lisa211006 @_hammerbear @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been with Sky for years. Their customer service used to be outstanding. That’s one of the reasons I stayed even though they weren’t the cheapest. In recent times the standard has fallen off a cliff.

    On hold with @SkyHelpTeam. Letting every single patient I see know why im without internet for the last week. How my partner is having to use a slow dongle to work on the vaccination programme from home. And the number in the email from sky sends me to the wrong team. Help???
