@BristolLive According to @SkyUK, Ofcom only look at Sky talk & internet this story would have no influence if you have Sky TV only. So you can terminate your contract if you have sky Talk or internet but not if it's early Sky TV according to Sky themselves as I,ve been on the phone to them

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.

@Lukedfrt @SkyUK If sky stick to their guns, I'll wait for my contract ends in September & will never return back to them, pulling a stunt like this. Have you heard the new @TalkTalk ad you can take a contract out with them and I will not increase the price throughout the whole of the contract

@Lukedfrt @SkyUK Well it looks like @SkyUK has got me over a barrel so once my contract ends in September I will definitely say goodbye to them and never ever take Sky television again they did nothing to offer me anything to reduce my monthly bill and yet they can call me a loyal customer

People, when you have a complaint/issue with @SkyHelpTeam #Sky put 141 in front of their number and then put in an incorrect phone number that does no identify your account. They will pick up the phone. Works everytime. You are welcome. 👍

@SkyUK can you help? I've got lots of blank spaces on my TV guide. I've updated the software on my sky Q Box and initially when I restarted the box there were no blanks. But 5 mins later its back to the blanks. Any ideas how to fix?
