@SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

@SkyHelpTeam Ermm, I have no Internet when I woke up. The issues affecting my service are for the north. It is apparent from the Twitter activity there is a wider problem. I’ve just renewed my contract which is now under review… seems a waste to get an engineer out for an external issue?

Personally for anything valuable I would always use #RoyalMail service that used to be called recorded / signed for. I can’t ever remember RM failing to deliver or loosing an item sent this way 👍 in fact anyway👍

@SkyHelpTeam I have now spent over 13 hours trying to get a resolution to your team cutting off our broadband almost 3 weeks before the date you gave us and the subsequent loss of ability to work from home. I have lost patience now so will resort to social media to get action

@SkyHelpTeam my wifi went down around 1:20am. Tried resetting, switching off at socket, didn't work. Ran the broadband test, it couldn't find my Sky hub. Somehow ended up on the book an engineer bit. Wifi came back on at 4am. Can I cancel the engineer?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura Thank you when the dish was installed the wires all seem to be in the gutters we didn’t know until we recently had a problem with the gutter. Not sure that would be the best place for them ?

@SkyHelpTeam I am behind with my bill I can pay on Friday when I get my benefits but you cut me off today I also have enquired about the cheaper service that is being done by most providers for people on benefits due to the cost of living crisis I am on disability benefits
