It appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.

@SkyHelpTeam issues with sky broadband. Router seems to keep power cycling. Stays online for a bit that cycles again. Started yesterday. Online checks show no problem when it’s connected

Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

@SkyHelpTeam seems to be a problem with sky go app. Trying to download programmes to phone but apparent not enough space even though 14gb free on phone. Programme is only 25min long

@SkyHelpTeam I looked at removing SkySports given the live sports service that we pay for cannot be provided. I followed the online instructions but came to an end when a message came up saying cannot remove package online. Seems Sky are not making the process very easy.

@RHopcraft I was originally hopeful for VAR but it is sucking the soul out of football more than Skysports. VAR sucks and is not working in its current form. Get rid or a total rethink is required. Preferably the former.

Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

@SkyHelpTeam I haven't lost my internet or wifi connection but it keeps running slow. Tested it on your home page and it says it's OK (despite only being 5.4). For the past week or two, it takes hours just to stream a 1 hour show. Will this be fixed too?

@hiokbyeeee @RPartytime @SkyHelpTeam take my word for it: virgin are ****. if you think sky don't give a crap, trust me, virgin are horrible. don't get me wrong, their internet is so much better, sky even admitted that to me at joining. I was happy to take the dip in product quality for the more human service.

@SkyHelpTeam I rang twice yesterday my problem was supposedly sorted and credit given. I am meant to have line rental with you BT are still adamant that it is with them and are charging me monthly for the privilege. This is not an end of contract fee as they say it never ended

@BlondeBlondexx_ @SkyHelpTeam it's not like it's within your control. apologise to your customers, explain as best as you can and try to consider their needs by finding them alternative support if you have to. it might go over really well. not that you should have to take these steps. maybe it will help?
