    @OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.

    @SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Sorry, it’s sky mobile I’m enquiring about. The signal is so poor in this area. My phone can show 3G/4G but nothing. All your reception charts show the signal as being decent. Is there a problem here? (WR14 Malvern). Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp why have I just had my appointment cancelled for tmw with no explanation? I have taken a day off work and cannot get hold of anyone online to establish why it’s been cancelled. Not good customer service!

    @SkySportsNFL @SkyHelpTeam can you fix the sound differential between the US and UK broadcast? UK is high US is low meaning every time there’s an ad break my tv is too loud at 1AM onwards with people sleeping - has been like this forever

    Hello @SkyUK , any chance of a response to my issue logged on August 18th with nothing back as yet. "Thank you for your email dated 18/08/2025 contacting the Customer Service Team. Your case has been assigned a case reference number of 01400201 - Login not working"
