@OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.

@McgloneFiona @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly my point - your customers expect some sort of communication - if I was working from home today I would have been totally lost - Sky you need to do better in regards to communicating - we pay for the service so tell us when it’s likely to be up and running

@SkyUK - Worst customer service on the planet. Problems are never ending. The latest issue was the ‘de-crediting’ of £275 valid credit we were given due to their inability to fulfil their contract. They lied about taking receipt of my old boxes and charged my account! @Ofcom

@SkyHelpTeam All online steps have been followed. The router keeps dropping connection through standard usage. As the connection is always up and down by the time the test completes it states the issue is resolved. It did a couple of days ago state that there was an issue with speed
