    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    It appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.

    Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

    @SkyHelpTeam seems to be a problem with sky go app. Trying to download programmes to phone but apparent not enough space even though 14gb free on phone. Programme is only 25min long

    Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

    @RHopcraft I was originally hopeful for VAR but it is sucking the soul out of football more than Skysports. VAR sucks and is not working in its current form. Get rid or a total rethink is required. Preferably the former.

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with sky broadband. Router seems to keep power cycling. Stays online for a bit that cycles again. Started yesterday. Online checks show no problem when it’s connected

    @SkySports Was going to give 31 days notice anyway to save money, especially as you e-mailed me last month that you were going to be putting up my basic package up from £35.00 to £38.50, will cancel sportsfirst then think about cancelling #sky altogether, especially as I don’t watch much.

    @SkyHelpTeam didn’t get past the automated system telling me I need and engineer because you told me I need to pay 65 quid! Or renew.. I am not going to renew on a contract when you can’t provide the service and I am certainly not paying 65. So what happens now?

    Anybody else having problems with their downloads speeds using @skyuk broadband Ours is changing from ok to halve speed in 24/48hr sessions and @skyuk won't help Loads of similar examples on the website forum
