@OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.

@SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

@SkyHelpTeam Look over the last case I stated many times I was suffering with cancer while battling to get my service sorted,but they turned around (the judge) and stated sorry your son has cancer. If they get that wrong what's the point.
