Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!
