    @SkyHelpTeam So we’ve already done this, and when we called the last two times we were told the exact same steps that we were shown online (all on the link in your last tweet. Is there seriously nothing you can do except for letting us cancel?? Completely fed up.

    @SkyHelpTeam mass outage in Pershore. Third time in two weeks now that I’m without Internet, and I work from home. Slogan is ‘believe in better’... I think better is some other ISP.

    @SkyHelpTeam not impressed that engineers just don’t bother to turn up and then after taking an age to find a telephone number to call you you can’t help me either #rubbishfirstimpression

    @SkyUK are there if you want to purchase something but if you have a problem with what you have bought you are on your own......no help available at all. Would not recommend.

    @SkyHelpTeam please would you be able to advise if there are issues with the service for the Gloucestershire area? Trying to work from home and service is barely intermittent. Please help 😫

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just tried to settle one of my sky mobile devices and it’s put the money on my bill and not the device!! Help please!

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with sky broadband. Router seems to keep power cycling. Stays online for a bit that cycles again. Started yesterday. Online checks show no problem when it’s connected

    @SkySports Was going to give 31 days notice anyway to save money, especially as you e-mailed me last month that you were going to be putting up my basic package up from £35.00 to £38.50, will cancel sportsfirst then think about cancelling #sky altogether, especially as I don’t watch much.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s literally just gone down again. If someone doesn’t get in touch with a proper resolution we’re complaining and cancelling. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of atrocious service and poor customer service support.

    It appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Pearl, it says no known issues but when I test my connection it says there is an “outage on the network” which might be effecting me… this is the third time in a month. Why is the customer service number not working either as I would like to switch to BT

    What a joke @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through the service testing online & it says we need an engineer visit but the next date is the 22nd!! I work from home some days & need an internet connection. All my daughters homework is online. Absolutely ridiculous!
