Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. It's something that winds me up - insurance, mobile phone etc. Contract ending then we should be treated as new customers to ensure we don't go somewhere else.

Wait for the offers to start popping up on the MySkyApp. NEVER accept the first offer, always reject the "this is the best deal" offer eventually they will drop their pants to try and keep you.
