    @McgloneFiona @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly my point - your customers expect some sort of communication - if I was working from home today I would have been totally lost - Sky you need to do better in regards to communicating - we pay for the service so tell us when itโ€™s likely to be up and running

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with sky broadband. Router seems to keep power cycling. Stays online for a bit that cycles again. Started yesterday. Online checks show no problem when itโ€™s connected

    @SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. Itโ€™s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

    Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldnโ€™t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

    @bt_uk Been trying to renew Broadband and BT Sport for the last hour. Your customer service team didnโ€™t even try and help and the live chat bot suggested I clicked the moving home section. If you donโ€™t want my custom Iโ€™ll take it elsewhere. Interested @SkyHelpTeam?

    @SkyHelpTeam Can someone with authority please review complaint 5077963113? Multiple failed attempts at router delivery as Sky keep using the wrong address, despite multiple assurances it has been corrected. Concerning also that PI could be breached as a result.

    @Danjsalt @SkyUK Their support got worse and worse over my last few years with them, and navigating their awful site or trying to contact a human is soul destroying. Honestly, find anyone else. Plusnet were a breath of fresh air by comparison.
