@SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

@OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.

@McgloneFiona @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly my point - your customers expect some sort of communication - if I was working from home today I would have been totally lost - Sky you need to do better in regards to communicating - we pay for the service so tell us when it’s likely to be up and running

@SkyHelpTeam That’s all we’ve been told is too “call up” and the 5 times we have called we’ve been told the same thing “it’s not us it’s open reach” so I’m not calling when sky is fully aware. At this point I’ll tell her to cancel Sky. We’re not waiting another month
