    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Sorry, it’s sky mobile I’m enquiring about. The signal is so poor in this area. My phone can show 3G/4G but nothing. All your reception charts show the signal as being decent. Is there a problem here? (WR14 Malvern). Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam So we’ve already done this, and when we called the last two times we were told the exact same steps that we were shown online (all on the link in your last tweet. Is there seriously nothing you can do except for letting us cancel?? Completely fed up.

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp why have I just had my appointment cancelled for tmw with no explanation? I have taken a day off work and cannot get hold of anyone online to establish why it’s been cancelled. Not good customer service!

    @bt_uk Been trying to renew Broadband and BT Sport for the last hour. Your customer service team didn’t even try and help and the live chat bot suggested I clicked the moving home section. If you don’t want my custom I’ll take it elsewhere. Interested @SkyHelpTeam?

    @SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

    @SkyUK are there if you want to purchase something but if you have a problem with what you have bought you are on your own......no help available at all. Would not recommend.

    @SkyHelpTeam mass outage in Pershore. Third time in two weeks now that I’m without Internet, and I work from home. Slogan is ‘believe in better’... I think better is some other ISP.

He only just about got given a chance around a year ago and ******* he has been unreal ever since in punditry, one of my favourite pundits, it’s shocking how little black pundits, managers there are.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had recurring issues with the broadband. Engineer came out beginning of December and we got a new router. Been fine since then.

    @SkyHelpTeam The trouble is with your website is its near impossible to get the right help. Unless your upgrading then its very easy as I found. I filled in a form for complaints and requested email response but you don't even send a receipt of it with a reference so it may as well be lost

    Has anyone else had issues with trying to upgrade broadband and phone with @SkyUK ? @SkyHelpTeam Ordered 7th Jan Supposed to happen 14th didn't Reason, orders got separated. New date 21st. Same thing. Supposed to ring me back 22nd. Didn't. Just rung again. Feel like cancelling.
