    @SkySports Was going to give 31 days notice anyway to save money, especially as you e-mailed me last month that you were going to be putting up my basic package up from £35.00 to £38.50, will cancel sportsfirst then think about cancelling #sky altogether, especially as I don’t watch much.

    It appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.

    @SkyHelpTeam So we’ve already done this, and when we called the last two times we were told the exact same steps that we were shown online (all on the link in your last tweet. Is there seriously nothing you can do except for letting us cancel?? Completely fed up.

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s literally just gone down again. If someone doesn’t get in touch with a proper resolution we’re complaining and cancelling. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of atrocious service and poor customer service support.

    @SkyHelpTeam issues with sky broadband. Router seems to keep power cycling. Stays online for a bit that cycles again. Started yesterday. Online checks show no problem when it’s connected

    @SkyHelpTeam Hey guys. I’ve got the Sky Sports package. Logged into the Sky TV app on PS4 but I’m getting an error when trying to watch a live game on Sky Sports 1. It says I need to upgrade to Sky Go Extra to watch. I then went to my MySky app and go SKE but still not working.

    @SkyHelpTeam I cannot stress enough to anyone to avoid Sky. Service has almost always been terribly unreliable but these last two months have been brutal. Engineers have been "sent" out but nothing has improved. Waiting on them again but not going to hold my breath.

    @SkySports There's more fight & passion in this game than any EPL game I've seen for a few years now. Tackles flying in, players fighting for every ball. Sick of watching slow boring @premierleague games with zero fight or effort, even the big games dissapoint in England 😴 #CelticVRangers
