@McgloneFiona @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly my point - your customers expect some sort of communication - if I was working from home today I would have been totally lost - Sky you need to do better in regards to communicating - we pay for the service so tell us when it’s likely to be up and running

@SkyHelpTeam having broadband speed issues for over 2 weeks, tech can't fix it, complaints dept don't get back to me. Most Sky customers on the street with same issue, exhausted all ways to fix it, getting under 1mbps but should get 36. All I get is its your WiFi our tests are ok
