    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp why have I just had my appointment cancelled for tmw with no explanation? I have taken a day off work and cannot get hold of anyone online to establish why it’s been cancelled. Not good customer service!

    @OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.

    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

    @leighbowers @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Honestly 💩 !! This along with every time we have a bad down pour the internet crashes 😑…need some fibre optic to the box in my life !!!! And some semi decent customer service …gotta be better than none at all!!!

    @McgloneFiona @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly my point - your customers expect some sort of communication - if I was working from home today I would have been totally lost - Sky you need to do better in regards to communicating - we pay for the service so tell us when it’s likely to be up and running

    @SkyUK seriously it’s half term have a 17 yr old and WiFi down now all day!!! Not at all impressed - minimal communication given about the problem or when it is likely to be resolved B98!!!

    20+ years a loyal customer of @SkyUK , yet after telling them our box was on its way out and them assuring us it wasn’t - which btw it has now shut down 100% - Sky is telling us there is a 2 week wait before we can get an engineer. Incredulous! #badservice #somuchforloyalty

    I know the league cup isn’t classed as important to clubs anymore. However @SkySports have the rights to it, yet no game is on. The smaller clubs survive off the revenue of games like this. Your as much part of the money tree problem threatening our game.
