Justin Vicarage (@JustinVicarage) reported from Ledbury, England@SkySports Was going to give 31 days notice anyway to save money, especially as you e-mailed me last month that you were going to be putting up my basic package up from £35.00 to £38.50, will cancel sportsfirst then think about cancelling #sky altogether, especially as I don’t watch much.
-
Kiki (@KimberleyAStone) reported from Redditch, England@OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.
-
Robbie (@RobertClement23) reported from Redditch, England@SkyUK @skyatlantic I was just about to watch a short 6 minute clip but I had to entertain a 2 minute & 20 second promo, dull as, I’m never ever going to watch adverts. #perspective #cmon #FFS #EmployingNonAttentionToDetailStaff
-
Chris Warren (@Fenrison) reported from Redditch, England@RHopcraft I was originally hopeful for VAR but it is sucking the soul out of football more than Skysports. VAR sucks and is not working in its current form. Get rid or a total rethink is required. Preferably the former.
-
Antonia Fray (@Antonia_Dobson) reported from Redditch, England@SkyUK seriously it’s half term have a 17 yr old and WiFi down now all day!!! Not at all impressed - minimal communication given about the problem or when it is likely to be resolved B98!!!
-
Matt (@msetchell) reported from Redditch, EnglandIt appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.
-
tonyob1 (@travelmadtony) reported from Droitwich Spa, England@SkyUK hating the upgrade to sky Q reallycumbersome and clunky deffo designed by an IT geek and not user friendly 🙄 the saying if not broke don’t fix it applies
-
Ali Hunt (@alisondhunt) reported from Worcestershire, England@SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp why have I just had my appointment cancelled for tmw with no explanation? I have taken a day off work and cannot get hold of anyone online to establish why it’s been cancelled. Not good customer service!
-
Matt Hutton (@MSH0310) reported from Littleworth, England@SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!
-
Taylor Whitt (@TJLad3) reported from Finstall, England@jamie_rooney06 @brfootball @SkySports Ours is shit, @Wolves sign someone ffs

-
Russell Webb (@russell_m_webb) reported from Worcestershire, EnglandFrustrated and disappointed... poor customer service from @SkyHelpTeam ... clearly value new customers over existing ones with 10 years loyalty.
-
Tom Grove (@tbgrove) reported from Worcestershire, England@GordonB204 @SkyHelpTeam I have the same but don’t seem to be able to find anyone else with the same issue!
-
Richard Harper (@richardharper) reported from Redditch, England@skyhelpteam are there issues in Worcestershire? Your checker app says no known issues in my area, yet my broadband is down, and that I need an engineer visit, but won’t let me book one. Is that your way of avoiding your Ofcom obligations?

-
Antonia Fray (@Antonia_Dobson) reported from Redditch, England@McgloneFiona @SkyHelpTeam This is exactly my point - your customers expect some sort of communication - if I was working from home today I would have been totally lost - Sky you need to do better in regards to communicating - we pay for the service so tell us when it’s likely to be up and running
-
Pete (@PeteHemming) reported from Redditch, England@SkyHelpTeam your service is a load of ******* **** man

⚫ Why Always You ⚪ (@pls_do_better) reported@SargentBobo Depends In your hypothetical; does the ex-player basically run the majority of the non-pitch content for a major broadcaster like @SkySports while simultaneously cherry picking some of the WORST fans for "professional" fan content too? If yes, then probably nothing Same as @GNev2
-
Josh Bassett (@theJoshBassett) reported@justcfc @SkyKaveh @SkySports They believed they won it. Not understanding the Manager was the driving force.... They gave themselves raises. And told the manager No when he needed A CB. Absolute idiot. Abramovich understood how important the managers role was.
-
Shaun Barden (@BardenShaun) reportedJamie carragher chatting crap again on skysports again, no arsenal fan is going to be devastated after man city draw in the last minute, that draw puts the title in arsenals hands, you melt
-
fduffy (@fduffy123) reported@SkySports Bottom line is, he bullied his way to play 1 event less than others. Extra fines he incurred is a very flimsy excuse for DPWT to agree to this. It all about being forced to play extra events. A solution was much easier to find because they don't have to worry about next year.
-
Nacmacfeegle (@yorksrover) reported@F1Media @SkyGroup @SkySports The worst news possible. I work on cruise ships and have no access to sky. I figured F1TV would be my best option, but skys monopoly prevents me from subbing to any plan except access, which is nothing more than the 8minute highlights shown free on YouTube. This is bollocks.
-
Shaun Barden (@BardenShaun) reportedWhat a surprise #skysports down playing man city dropping points, if that was arsenal they would be getting hammered
-
Scott Elliott (@ScottElliott10) reported@pitpasschris @sky If this July increase is related to phone/broadband you’re likely on old copper services. If so expect a further increase in October @SkyHelpTeam should be explaining it’s due to Openreach switching off the copper network & hiking prices to double them compared to start of 2026
-
John (@John46182440) reported@SkySports He’s a yanited fan, which idiot at sky got done hook line and sinker here ???
-
Newb (@ManWithNoX) reported@F1Media @SkyGroup @SkySports Super, so you take our money, but the rights, then charge us more. Meanwhile you've half the 3rd worlders on commentary team that's never made it past a rented go kart, but because of the colour of their skin they are qualified. Itv had world champions in TV jobs

Oz Maliphant ☀️⚡️🚗🚀🛰🌍💚 (@OzMaliphant) reported@F1Media @SkyGroup @SkySports This sucks, for users who travel Europe now I need a sky italia subscription, sky uk subscription and f1 subscription when I’m in Belgium if I want to watch the races?! Why can’t I have a single subscription to watch F1 wherever I am in Europe? Very poor customer experience.
