@SkyHelpTeam mass outage in Pershore. Third time in two weeks now that I’m without Internet, and I work from home. Slogan is ‘believe in better’... I think better is some other ISP.

@SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

@SkyHelpTeam It’s literally just gone down again. If someone doesn’t get in touch with a proper resolution we’re complaining and cancelling. Absolutely sick to the back teeth of atrocious service and poor customer service support.

@SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

@SkyHelpTeam So we’ve already done this, and when we called the last two times we were told the exact same steps that we were shown online (all on the link in your last tweet. Is there seriously nothing you can do except for letting us cancel?? Completely fed up.

I've literally only had my new deal for TV & broadband from @SkyHelpTeam for 10 weeks and now I've had an email advising a £10pm increase across my products starting in April. This from a company posting multi million pound profits. After 17 years as a customer I think I'm done.

@SkyHelpTeam Fed up with glass. Had 3 TV’s since last year. Error messages on start up. Live sport freezes, or black screen, or no sound. Will be calling on Monday to cancel everything.

@MoneySavingExp Went to get my daughter @SkyUK basic means tested broadband, the guy said he never heard of it tried to give us allsorts of tv/bb deals. She ended up being conned into getting sky q only with freeview and basic bb for £25 a month. Even discounted 1st bill.

@TheRockFairyHQ @SkyHelpTeam That just shows that your TV has lost connection over WIFI, not that the actual thing you pay for (broadband to your hub) has gone down. Do a little bit of research of the differences and maybe you won’t make the same mistake of spouting shite and looking like an idiot
